They made my birthday extra special. But most importantly, the head cook, ANTONIO, Showed great organization and communicantion with his team; which allowed the food to get out on time enough. I usually go to another local Popeyes, but their Service was not as good as ANTONIO and his team. Thanks for a good meal!

When I walked in the door and toward the counter, the young man that was there just looked at me. He didn’t say hi or how could he helped me. The young turned around after filling an order and greeted me. She was very pleasant and had an excellent attitude. I appreciate the fact that she mentioned to the young man about greeting the customer. The food was fast and hot. I enjoyed my meal.

I really was not having a good day I had went over there to KFC across the street from you all and their customer service was so bad I left there and decided to come over there. So when I walked in there I was already in a bad mood and I wasn’t for no craziness but the gentleman in the kitchen says to me hi welcome to Popeyes and he said it was the most beautiful smile and that really made my day and his name was Antonio I had to ask him what his name was because I wanted to make sure I never forget that name because he was so nice and friendly everybody in there was friendly but it was the way he said welcome to Popeyes that really caught my eyes….

Sign in, take out, delivery. I’ll have the same issue The service is usually always bad because they are overly swamped and don’t seem to have much continuity in the way they process orders. I shouldn’t order through their mobile app for delivery or for takeout and have to wait 20 minutes to 40 plus. This really doesn’t help when you are trying to catch a bus as an example.

Ordered a mobile order and orders placed after me received their order . I waited 40 minutes until my order was ready and whole entire order was made wrong. Manager on duty had no sense of urgency and was lack lustered on mobile order. If I can rate I give it a zero. I love the chicken but not the crew new manager needed please .

I do not post reviews for many restaurants especially fast food restaurants but I stopped in Popeyes Saturday afternoon 8/29 for lunch a little bit after 1:00 p.m. and once again I was very pleased with the experience. I was greeted very warmly when I walked up to the counter and the server took my order she was clear precise and very professional with a smile. I received my order and decided to eat in the restaurant which was very clean and neat. The actual meal was very good, the chicken was cooked just right Hot and juicy. I was so taken by the service and the quality of the dinner that I stopped back at the counter and gave them a thumbs up and thank you.

If I could leave ZERO starts I would. Ordered on the Popeyes app, arrived TWENTY minutes afterwards & my order still wasn’t ready. Waited and waited and waited & still no food. I’d never come to this location again ♀️ it’s really NOT that hard to read what someone ordered off a receipt.. but why am I not surprised?! It’s a bunch of MEN working in the kitchen. No organization, the manager making meals that customers already received ♀️ ridiculous. This happened on 10/30/2025 around 345pm.

Clean and helpful. We ordered inside and didn’t see the kid meals on the menu and the cashier was friendly and helped us. Also the food came out quick and was yummy.
