Bread was not toasted, ingredients tasted old. What a SLOPPY job of making this sandwich. Not good at all.

This was not the case. I have had the sandwich at other locations a lot. This was the worst so far. This location has many problems with food quality ans consistency.

Thought I would give this location one last shot but they messed up again. Had a simple order 3 number 1s with a shake cause I am allergic to onions I get and they are all the wrong sandwiches were wrong with the onion bread and looked like they were assembled by a toddler.

Food was raw,fries were burnt & very greasy. $33 for raw,tasteless food. Had to go back twice to get the right sandwich & it came out raw. Took it home & cooked it myself. I know you’re short staffed,but raw food isn’t good to serve to customers.

Where are my onions??? I ordered extra onions and got none! I had to add my own when I got home smh. We called to try and get it fixed and they wanted me to bring my sandwich back. I’m busy today so I stopped by to get some food really fast I don’t have time to go back and deliver this sandwich for a new one.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in years! I was craving some poppers with bronco sauce. We stopped by for lunch. So much has changed on the menu that it was honestly hard to choose. We got some sliders, Mac n cheese, poppers, the classic Arby’s roast beef, the new Cedric sauce Sammie’s ..everything was sooo good! That Mac n cheese?? Holy moly, I keep thinking about that! Service was great! It was really clean, sauces fully stocked, drink area clean. Bathrooms were clean.

I usually never go here because I am always traveling in the direction that it is super inconvenient to exit this restaurant, but I seen the commercial for the new bbq brisket sandwich you can get spicy so I said why not. Get all the way home and I live 30 minutes away to find out they gave me the sweet sauce instead of the spicy. I was so disappointed I know I said clear as day spicy, I guess next time I’ll scream it at the top of my lungs to be sure lol.
