My family has been a customer of Jin Long Restaurant for over 20 years when it was established as a coffeeshop zichar stall.
We have always enjoyed delicious meals in Jin Long. Later, I have also recommended the restaurant to friends, colleagues and business associates who in turn became long time customers after enjoying the food there, some even travelling from west to east to dine there.
Some of our favourite dishes are :
酥烤鸭方 Crispy Seafood Delight & Duck Crepe, 日式焗子排 Japanese Pork ribs, 菜莆滑豆腐 Caipo Home Made Beancurd, 香煎雪鱼Cod Fish, 金蛋虾球(P2)Salted Egg Yolk
Service is good and staff turnover is low. One of their supervisors has been there as long as we have been patronising the restaurant.

Decent Chinese food (Cantonese style). Food is better than most restaurants in Singapore. Taste a lot better than those in shopping center. But as a tourist from the States, the price is way too high compared back home. I guess that is normal price in SG.
Service is really good and the staffs are really attentive and friendly in SG way.

Staff very attentive. Seldom restaurant rmb to change plates for us especially after lohei or fish dish. Hotel standard of service. This is the only restaurant willing to cook a single fish 2 way for you. Other dishes are refreshing, nver had scallops with banana before. Must MUST MUST must must order their fish skin!! No preservatives!!!

Nice restaurant for a simple family dinner. Service is top notch.
Crispy egg plant and french beans was super crispy. Prawn paste chicken was fat and juicy. Hor fun was super delicious with the right wok hei. Sambal la la was big, but the sauce was not to my personal liking. Sweet and sour pork was well done.

The food is delicious, though even the large portions feel a bit small. At first, the chili crab gravy seemed a bit little, but when we requested more, they generously provided a large bowl. It was so delicious with mantou that we ended up ordering 24 mantou in addition to the white rice, fried rice, and noodles we had already ordered. Dishes are served in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The air conditioning was initially too cold, but the staff promptly adjusted the temperature. They also didn’t charge extra for the birthday cake we brought and thoughtfully provided disposable plates and utensils without us asking & service charge was waived. Great service!

The service was polite and attentive, and the pricing was quite reasonable. I ordered around 8 dishes, excluding seafood except for fish, and the total came to just $256—quite a pleasant surprise!
While most dishes were only slightly above average, the standout for me was the Steamed Prawns with Garlic. They were incredibly tasty, though I’d recommend moderating your intake unless you love a strong garlic flavor lingering. They also serve iconic dishes like chili crab, perfect for those craving traditional Chinese cuisine.
Overall, it’s a great spot to enjoy a variety of dishes, and I look forward to returning soon. Highly recommend!

My new found favourite place in Bedok neighbourhood! I super love their steamed crab! The steamed egg with the crab’s steamed sauce tastes really wonderful! The eggplant is thinly cut and fried to super crunchy! This dish is awesome! The soonhock fish is fresh and damn good too! The longevity noodle tastes a bit bland. Overall is a very wonderful meal! It is super packed and always full.
