The worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. Ordered our food the lady was excruciatingly slow talking. Got the mcchicken and it was raw. Waited for 10 minutes at the counter and was ignored by staff. This is one of the McDonald’s that wants you to use the robots not the humans. Anyway got pissed off left didn’t want to wait 20 more minutes for a remake when they weren’t even coming to the counter. Also the don’t have napkins I had raw chicken on my hand and mouth and my nose was running when we asked where the napkins were they said they don’t put them out and handed me 2 literally 2 it was not enough. Nor did they put any in the bag when we ordered. Wish I could give 0 stars

the crew here are wonderful! big props to ava who always makes my trips in enjoyable, i have had issues in the past with a gm who works here but ava does an amazing job at helping me when i come in❤️! most of the crew are typically very welcoming and always seem to be having fun! this is the kind of work environment i enjoy to see!

As McDonald’s in my opinion has lost its kid appeal. Seems to be more interested in serving processed food just as fast as humanly possible. Who i feel possibly adds addictive chemicals in the food
I mean I have craved a big Mac, as they say big Mac attack. We all have. To only be disappointed later with an upset stomach. Yet we all go back. Affordable fast food. Although in my opinion McDonald’s has lost the intrest in a playland , hamburglar, grimmos. Idk how to spell them. But I feel the look and the service is unparalleled. Second to none in proficiency. And cleanliness. A wonderful clean fast pace to heart trouble , and obesity .

Both my son and I got quarter pounders with cheese, as you can tell the patty looks like freaking jerky. It was worse than it looked as you could hear my son in the background saying I’m dying. I realize later we went at exactly 1030 when they were just opening up, so how did they dry out the burgers that bad unless they have left them in overnight and then serve them to us. My jaws still hurt from chewing on that thing. My son didn’t eat his food and I’m on the road and can’t return.

I guess it’s my own fault for continuing to come here and expect different results but they always get my order correct, here and there missing an item, except in one situation that keeps happening. In the last year I’ve probably ordered about 20 hamburgers – extra pickle. And without fail, each and every time there’s either a. No pickle or b. One pickle. The ticket and sticker on my sandwich both read extra pickle and every time they give me less than usual. It’s only at this location and not once have I gotten extra pickle or the usual amount of pickle when I ask for extra . Weird.

For one there is a creep that sits in there all day and stalks my sister. They won’t do anything about it. Second they just cussed my sister out for calling in. The county is in red meaning only emergency vehicles on the rode. Third, I went through the drive thru a couple days ago and ordered a large fry. I said I want ketchup and they put 1 packet on the screen. I asked if I could have a few more and I was told they were gonna charge me. Seriously, one packet of ketchup for a large fry. 1-27-26.

Went through drive thru and it took a long time to order. The gentle kept on putting me on hold..My daughter went inside and ALL the worker was just standing around not doing anything and not friendly at all. Most were young people. We did not even get our food cause of the atmosphere

I don’t know what it is but lately the food has been extra good. I love to stop and eat here. Staff are all amazing and very very kind too. It’s also been a lot cleaner than it used to typically look in the past.

Probably the worst fast food restaurant ive ate at. Got the whole order wrong and continued to say it was right when we went back to fix it and it wasn’t right, finally got our food. Rude people, nasty pace, took 30 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t even right, I highly don’t recommend this rude atmosphere. Nasty place. Nasty people working there.
