Dude. The food. Amazing. Service? Great. But bro.. the state of the place. There was freaking puff Cheeto just in the middle of the floor in the midst of loose rice and napkins toss about the tables and floor. Every trash can, inside and outside, overflowing. I get take out is a big thing at this location, but also kinda like to be able to eat a burrito at a cleanish table before hitting up the Tjmaxx if you know what I mean. Got to be charged up. Clean up, sweep up. Go get ‘em.

Well, Chipotle is officially on my “never going back there again”. They’ve all gotten pretty bad. The cleanliness is so lacking that you pray you don’t get the runs after eating the food. There was a piece of chicken floating in the black beans. I told the gal and she scooped it out with her gloved hand which she’s been wearing for who knows how long. The guy who also grabbed the salad with his gloved hand scared me too. It would be so much better to use tongs to grab the salad. There was food everywhere; all over the floors and tables. It wasn’t that busy but the workers were standing around behind the counter instead of cleaning up the place. They are getting a two star because the bathrooms were looking pretty decent.

I used to love going to this location. It is walking distance from my apartment. I cannot wait forever for a meal. It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason. I was going to redeem my 2/1 burrito coupon that was sent to me. They have one guy working in the line. I do not fault the employees of this business. With varying factors of running out of products to out of the ordinary wait times, this is 100% on the management. It used to be a quick and efficient restaurant. I think Bruce was the name of the manager who had everything flowing efficiently. If he is at another location, please beg him to come back. I am going to try a different location. I think even with the drive, the overall time to get food will be quicker.

First I will say that I was pretty nervous about going to this location, or any other Chipotle in the Greenville area, based on the reviews. I went today, July 29 2024, at 18:00.
I ordered in person, so of course the order was exactly as I wanted it and the portion was exactly as expected, big. They had everything I wanted and it tasted great. 10/10
Both employees I talked to were nice and spoke to me back and forth. No issues there. 10/10
The lobby is messy as other reviews state, food on the floor, receipts laying around, trash cans full almost to the overflowing point. But there was a line almost out the door and the employees were working quickly to get the line through. Hard to manage a lobby while having a huge line trying to get customers orders out.
I think we as customers also have a responsibility to pick up after ourselves when we’re done. Why complain about them when you aren’t helping the situation any? I picked up the random receipts laying around near me when I left. It’s a small step but if everyone made one small step the world would be a better place.

We ordered a to go order prior to getting to the location. The food was ready for us on arrival, which was under 10 minutes. The food itself was generously portioned and tasted good. Didn’t really take note of the cleanliness of the restaurant, as I didn’t dine in.

I placed a catering order to be delivered between 11:30-11:45. The driver arrived at 11:05, and this store didn’t start preparing the order until after the driver got there. The driver had to wait for over an hour, and our catered lunch did not arrived until 1pm.

Food is always good but not a lot of it but really this review is because of a worker. We went inside around 4pm today to order our food like usual and it was fine until the little white lady was making our burritos and got bothered by us customizing our food. We like all of the toppings which is a hassle but it’s what we like. She eventually stopped talking and didn’t even tell us our total. Just rung us up and we had to grab our own food across the counter. Hopefully someone teaches her about customer service because she seems to be young and not know much about it. An unfortunate way to be ending my day.

My wife and I came in at 7pm on a Friday night. When we first came in the place was visibly a mess. Spilled soda at the tables near where you line up, every table filthy, garbage overflowing. We risk it and order anyway. When we get to the front of the line we are told they are out of vinaigrette dressing, chips, guacamole, and sour cream. From there we order. As I’m waiting it becomes painfully obvious that the only girl actually putting any effort into her job was the girl that took our order. The rest of them were just killing time including one that was on her phone standing next to a guy just staring into nothingness. At this point we go to fill our drinks just to find there are no napkins.
After eating was when I made the critical error of deciding to use the restroom. It was at that point that I wished I had not eaten food made in this restaurant because there is NO WAY that you have a bathroom this dirty (pics attached) and a clean kitchen. These pics will show you that this bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in days. Absolutely disgusting.
At this point we left and as I walked out the door I took a peek over by the line to see the spilt soda that was there when we came in hadn’t magically cleaned itself up yet.
We will never go back to this location because there is no way it’s safe to order food from a place this disgustingly dirty.
If you’ve read this far take a look at previous comments. You’ll see this has been a problem in this establishment for a very long time and they have no intention of fixing it.

Came in at 6pm. This place was an absolute train wreck. I ordered a salad with dressing and they had no dressing. I ordered a fountain drink and they had no ice. I ordered chips and they were over baked and brown. The food bins were down to the bottom scraps and no one was in the process of refilling anything.
The place was absolutely filthy. The tables were all dirty and the floors and countertops were even worse. See attached photos.
Get your act together Chipotle. I will never visit this location again. What a waste of $24
