Absolutely rude cashier by the name of Brooklyn. No customer service skills what so ever. I placed my order and cashier didn’t tell me the total or say one work. I spoke and she didn’t speak back. I realized she was having personal conversation on her phone with the ear pods in. She gave me my food and didn’t say a word to me the entire 5 mins I was at the window. This is BASIC customer service to at least say hi, something. Brooklyn was working the registered on Wednesday February 18th around 6:20pm. Please train her to have basic customer service. It’s rude to have a personal phone conversation serving customers. I expect the bare minimum, I didn’t get that tonight. She needs to be re-trained.

I would like to sincerely thank the nice ladies from today’s (Feb, 4, 2026) evening/night shift, who helped me, a stranded, disabled individual on a scooter, to charge my phone in a very dire situation. They went above and beyond the call of duty, so to speak. Unfortunately, I never got any names, because I had to run like a bat out of hell, to catch my Septa transport. But, I will definitely come back again, hopefully to just have a whopper and fries)))

Always have to get them to redo the food and it be basic double cheeseburger that be cold… fries been sitting 30 min. They know you’re going to go to Wendy’s or raising canes or mcds so why make the food fresh anyways … that’s the vibe … they redid fries then put no salt. Then asked for the cold ones back. Etc… just weird … the company doesn’t invest in the workers so what can you say you get what you pay for

I witnessed first hand an employee touch my fries with her bare hands and put them in the fries container with her bare hands no gloves included! And after I said something she then continued to give me those same instead of giving me some fresh ones !

My experience was fair . Walked in and a lady was lounging with her bare feet out ♂️. Very few customers in the building. I approached the counter and asked for my number one with onion rings to be fresh . Luckily they were able to fulfill my request . The only complaints about this place is that the fountain drink machine wasn’t turned on .

It’s is 10:25 am Aug.26 and I must say whomever the gentleman and lady working the drive thru right now just gave me better service then I have received at some high end restaurants ! They must have stole these 2 employees from chick fila . All I ordered was a small breakfast but the great service made my day THANK YOU ❤️
