Sally’s Ice Cream is a small, cozy little shop in Flagler Beach, but don’t let its size fool you—its ice cream is absolutely delicious. Truly, delicious isn’t even enough to describe it!
The texture is incredibly smooth, the creaminess is perfect, and the flavors… wow. Every scoop tastes fresh, real, and made with care. You can feel the love in every bite. It’s the kind of place where you try one flavor and immediately want to come back to try them all.
Even though it’s a small spot, it has a special charm that makes it unforgettable. Sally’s is the kind of place that brightens your day the moment you walk in—and completely wins you over once you taste their ice cream.
If you’re in Flagler Beach, this place is an absolute must. A sweet little corner that truly deserves a visit. ✨

Reasonable prices and delicious ice cream, soft serve, milkshakes and my favorite… Hot fudge sundae! The line builds up rather quickly but the team stays on top of it so the service is pretty fast.

There are 4 picnic tables to sit at or you can take your ice cream and walk across to the beach .. I love Sally’s Ice Cream, and have been a customer for several years! Yummy yum!

Delicious local ice cream shop. I have visited for years when in the area on vacation. They have a large selection of flavors which they make in house, and the menu changes over time. Any selection you get, you will like. Pro tip: get your child the “kids cone” of whatever your second choice would be, and you can enjoy both flavors!

Right by the beach, picnic tables, last time I was there they had hop scotch on the side.
This is the #1 spot for ice cream in Flagler. But be warned: they are closed on one day, I think Monday, so plan accordingly!

Sally’s Ice Cream in Flagler is a great spot for a sweet treat with a classic, old-school vibe. They offer a variety of flavors, generous portions, and friendly service. The homemade taste stands out, and their milkshakes and sundaes are a must-try. It’s a small, cozy place, perfect for a quick stop to cool off. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!
We enjoyed our ice cream with cold weather

My family and I agreed that this may well have the best ice cream we’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. The service was really good, and they had a good sense of humor, with the servers having a list of why they would like tips (one said because they wanted money… lol… most others for college, et .).

It’s definitely worth going to.

Really good ice cream and across from the beach. I feel you get a lot for your money here. We got sundaes and the cup was packed. I will definitely visit this place again.

This shop truly makes some of the best ice cream in Flagler Beach. The quality is exceptional, the flavors are inventive, and the staff is always friendly, it’s everything you want in a local scoop shop.

The Good:

The Milkshakes: When they can make them, the milkshakes are honestly the best in the area. They are rich, perfectly blended, and absolutely addictive.

The Ice Cream: The base ice cream quality is fantastic. You can tell everything is made with care.

The Frustrating Operational Issue (The Reason for 4 Stars):

Despite the amazing quality, I have encountered the same issue on my last two recent visits: The shop was completely out of milk and could not make any milkshakes.

This is a simple inventory management problem that directly limits sales and frustrates customers who specifically come for those signature shakes. In a business that relies on a handful of core ingredients, running out of something as basic as milk is a baffling oversight.

The Bottom Line:
I want to give this shop 5 stars, but I can’t when one of their signature products is unavailable on two separate trips. Please, management—address your inventory to match your incredible product quality! I will be back soon, and I hope to finally get that milkshake!

We used to have a great experience here but the last 2 times we have been there, the customer service was lacking, and I am not talking about being chatty and giggly. I asked for an extra spoon, the young girl didn’t even say a word, rolled her eyes and handed me the spoon. I still thanked her but didn’t even acknowledge it.
Your ice cream is great but not worth being treated like you’re doing me a favor. Owner needs to check these young kids’ attitude.

This is a favorite vacation trip spot, every summer we find ourselves in the area we have to swing by for an evening treat.

The hand scooped ice cream offers a nostalgic and vintage experience while providing some large portions with the best butter pecan, rocky road and mint chip flavors!
If you are in the mood for some coconut – try the almond joy! It is my new favorite

If you aren’t super hungry – get the “kiddie” size because “1 scoop” on a sugar cone is closer to 2 scoops and a double scoop is more like 3 scoops….

LONG REVIEW

The owner is very rude to potential customers and doesn’t think self awareness is her problem.

I work at the place next door and if you have been on the beach side you know that there’s not real parking lots but small sandy parking section as well as some strip parking depending on where you are along the road.

Well one out of the two sections is under construction at the time of writing this as well as some street construction that’s all up and down the A1A highway. Especially in front of the two establishments. So for workers finding a spot to park as well as customers that want to eat at said places, it’s become very stressful and frustrating for workers trying to do their job and customers being angry that places look empty but all the parkings taken.

On to the problem, because of this I have been parking in the Sally’s ice cream parking section for the past 2 weeks that it’s been happening because they have a much bigger lot and others have been doing the same, still leaving plenty of room for customers to go their if they want. They don’t open till 4pm anyway so there shouldn’t be a problem.

However, I was yelled at and threatened that my car would be towed because it’s private property and I’m not a customer. So running late into work I had to set up all my stuff and go ask what the solution is because she can’t be blind to the situation. Continues to yell at me that it’s not her problem and that it doesn’t concern her because of such.

However, there is no private property sign and no tow away sign if you do park where I was. The only sign as shown in the picture is the one across the way talking about the strip. No sign at the ice cream place and people use the back area all the time to go to the beach or next door to eat lunch. Are you gonna tow them too?

She just kept saying that it wasn’t her problem and told me there’s no way I’ve been parking there because they are there everyday and have not seen my car. Why would I lie about that to her? What would that gain me? Not to mention everyone else parks there without a problem.

In conclusion it is her problem because her customers are also other people’s customers and as a business owner, you have to bring security to the community. Not just the customers, but the workers. Who’s to say you don’t need help later? We are all one community and you mean to tell me that it’s not your problem when you are in it?

I’m sorry for the long review but context is important and I wanted to give all that I had on the matter. I wouldn’t want to give my business to an owner who doesn’t care and can’t in force something with no signage backing up her claims. A bunch of costumers lost and I’m sorry you’re oblivious to your surroundings.

Edit: I was just recently told from people that work where I am that have parked there and have told them they have, that they don’t even own that lot so they can’t do anything unless it is right in front of the store. Referring to the pink spots that are their parking technically lmao So that just looks even worse. I appreciate the new information I was given, my statement still stands
