When we walked in the were at least 8 employees standing around behind the counter. Not one made any attempt to welcome us or take our order, until 1 finally said “who’s on register?” When went back after eating our meal to order custard and we’re given a number for the table. After waiting 10 minutes I had to go up to the counter and inquire where our custard was. It had been just sitting there. Really? Why give a number if you’re not going to bring it to the table. By the way…they were NOT busy!!

This restaurant has really gone downhill. The dining area had boxes piled up on the tables and chairs like it’s a storage area, the carpet was sticky, the soda and condiment areas were absolutely filthy, and they screwed up our orders with smaller fries than ordered and refused to correct the mistake. At least the food we got tasted okay. There were a ton of employees standing around chitchatting in the back and not working while the dining area languished. We came here to celebrate a birthday and left depressed. Don’t come here.

Cod sandwich did not have a top & lettuce was not very good . Cashew chicken salad did not have cashews & cucumbers felt slimy. Not a good experience this time. And I waited 20 min for this mess they call food.

The best service I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. The drive through attendant (Richard) was very respectful very engaged and very polite. I will definitely be back sooner than the last. The order was for 4 people and some special orders and it was flawless. Thank you.

One burger was part raw and edges burnt. Second sandwich included pickles that was ordered removed and the sandwich was just burnt. The edges were like charcoal. French fries were cold. The mountain dew drink was good.
