“Ultimate” burrito was anything but. More like a jr burrito but almost $5. Rip-off for that price and for it to be that small. Contacted Sonic and they said the local management would contact me which I never heard anything. Won’t be back. Hate it to because I’ve been coming the for many years and really enjoyed the breakfast burritos but I’ve watched them go up on price and down in size. Unfortunate.

Looking for a quick meal? Great! Just don’t come here. I gave the benefit of the doubt after the first couple of times since I have been a somewhat frequent over the last couple of months (1-3x/month). However, more times than not, I am waiting 10-15 minutes after arrival when I expect order ahead to be faster than typical service. I shouldnt be able to go somewhere, order, and make it back to work with my food faster than I pick up food here at sonic, the closest place to my job. The food is great, but I’d rather not spend half my lunch time waiting. Definitely coming here less frequently going forward.

Order: order of onion rings(they were out), corn dog(extremely chewy), foot long coney island with tots(both cold, tots were hard and inedible). The only thing that was decent was the coke which was full of ice and the coke looked like tea in it. Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a trend for service. We had to push the button twice because they didn’t add condiments and it took 9 minutes to respond.

Food and drink are fine but the service is ridiculous. Order at the screen, or mobile app and you will be waiting awhile either way. Waited over 10 minutes today for a mobile order placed well in advance… Service was very dependable a few years ago but has clearly fallen off.
Then get served cold fries and told it was because someone placed a $100 order. Again why have the mobile option then?

Terrible location. Dangerous entering and leaving the restaurant. Damaged my front bumper leaving last week and nearly was T boned because you can’t see past the bushes at the front of the business.
The milkshakes were pretty good. And a lot of the spaces are out of order. Paid $20 for 3 milkshakes. Very over priced. But the server was nice and appearance was clean and tidy.

I love Sonic! The burgers are the best of any fast food around Radford, imo.

The big issue is if you go during any rush hour, like dinner, you won’t get decent service. I clicked the button to order, and it waited 10 min and shut off. I went to the workers and they said to move to another stall. After hitting the order button again on a different stall, i waited 15 more min, and it kept turning off. They told me it was because so many ppl were in front of me that the system was kicking me out. Obviously, after 25 min waiting, I left. I’ll go back, just during off times.

Literally the worst experience. I had to press the button 4 separate times, and even then no one answered until we said cookout was a better options. The man on the intercom was extremely hateful, and we had to wait another 25 minutes for our food. What should’ve been a 20 minute trip took 45. It was not busy at all, we were the only car in the stalls on the entrance side. To top it off, the cheesecake milkshake we ordered didn’t even have cheesecake in it and they just put the Oreo on top instead of mixing. I will be pursuing a refund.

Manager at the location on Franklin Rd is so nasty. If they get your order wrong and you complain, she is not accommodating, to correct it, there are additional charges, and then she treats you like you’re the problem. One ounce cup of queso was brought to the car only 1/4 full and we were charged 1.00 for it because it was left off of our fries. I asked for a full cup and she said, we provide this one ounce cup. One ounce is what you’re given, and I said, only a fourth full she stated, yes, that is how much one ounce is. I’ve had a 1 oz cup filled a million times at restaurants. The 1 oz cup is filled with 1 oz. This was only filled at the tip of the bottom. Every time you go there, there’s a problem and she’s the one they bring out if they don’t do something, right. We completely stopped going here.

This was my third attempt to try to get something to eat. You push the button and no one answers. Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to even take my order this third time. On the previous two visits, I just left because even going to the window couldn’t seem to get someone to help me or take my order.
