I was in Richmond for work and stopped in on Saturday morning. The restaurant is large. Great seating. Large bar, great indoor space. Nice outdoor space. The staff is friendly. Our bartender Donovan was great. The food is always consistent. The drinks are very good. Definitely be back when in the area.

Visiting in VA for MLK wknd and had a scrumptious dinner at Bonefish Grill. Matt was an awesome server! He recommended great dishes and was very attentive. I had the stuffed shrimp with crabmeat with jasmine rice and broccoli and it was delicious. I would def dine here again.

I went on my Birthday Wednesday and everything was excellent.And the $7 Bang Bang Shrimp was a nice addition.The service was outstanding.Our server,Wilson was pleasant and at the top of his game and had the specials memorized.He was excellent and sang Happy Birthday,I had a great time.

Amazing environment, staff, and food!! Events are incredible!! Malique is so amazing, always making sure we get great food! The manager Michael is so fabulous, he is always such a great host at the monthly events and really hears our requests!! Servers were equally amazing! Today’s visit at Bonefish Grill was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-tier. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our server, Jonathan.
Jonathan was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had an outstanding dining experience. His service truly topped off a wonderful meal.

Street corn and key lime cake are not our cup of tea. Everything else has been wonderful, perfectly cooked, and seasoned well. Service is always excellent. I do wish they read my request when booking and seated my almost 98 year old grandma near the door as requested. Grandma didn’t want to make a fuss, but there was plenty of room to not make her walk to the other side of the restaraunt, especially considering there are no handicapped spots that dont require walking up and down hill.

Major shoutout to the manager (Mike) tonight. He had to jump behind the bar because they were short-staffed, and somehow still delivered service like he’d been preparing for this moment his whole career. His energy stayed high, the drinks were on point, and he kept everything moving so smoothly you’d think it was all part of the plan. Truly impressive under pressure — and honestly, some of the best ‘emergency bartending’ I’ve ever witnessed
