I tried this one day because it was so close to me. Everything was stale. It’s hard to make fries stale. You have to leave them out for a long time. There was nothing about my experience that would take me back. My girlfriend, one two other occasions also had stale food.
Seriously, don’t make it until someone orders it. Best way to make it not stale.

The foods good and the people are cool but wow are they ungodly slow. Like 20 minutes for an order slow. And they’re not even trying to pick up the pace. I waited a couple visits to say anything but now its like they really don’t even try, they couldn’t be bothered to get orders out at a reasonable speed. It’s ridiculous. Sorry.

Staff couldn’t be bothered to get off the phone long enough to realize the machine was broken and we needed help.
Couldn’t order on the kiosk – the payment screen was broken. After several minutes of being straight up ignored, we just left. I tried to get your attention, politely. Sadly, that didn’t do anything, but I refuse to be nasty.

We took my Mom and Dad here for lunch. The place was crazy busy but the staff was cool and calm. The food was good for fast food. This was one of the hardest working skeleton crews I have ever witnessed! Kudos to them and shame on the owners. The restaurant was immaculate as well.

Don’t tell someone to pull forward when you’re just going to have someone sit there for 30 minutes and still had to go in to get your food with no apologies for the cold food and the wait. The food might have been good if it was warm. Very disappointed.

what a joke. my husband and i ordered 2 orders of mini tacos and two orders of jalapeño poppers. despite being extremely slow we had to wait in the parking lot for our order, which is whatever. but we receive our food and one of our jalapeño popper orders are missing and the cheese on our loaded tacos is still in triangles because they couldn’t be bothered to melt it. lazy lazy lazy
