Took forever to take my order then my order came out in correct. I asked for my meal with no lettuce and not only did it come with lettuce it appeared to have extra lettuce. My order was taken correctly because the wrapper had the correct information on it! Waste of my money

This McDonald’s located on 2727 Bay Area blvd
provided terrible service to a paying customer. I use the mobile app that was created. I paid for my food and the app tells you to head to the store and provide the code. First off the line was wrapped around the corner. I understand that service is limited due to the workers. I wait politely in the line almost 20 to 25 min. Once I get to the speaker, a lady says to pull up to the window and that someone will help you. All the cars pull up. The first window no car stopped at and everyone proceeded to go to the window that was open. Once I wait again at the only available window open, your representative says he can’t help me and that I need to go back around and wait at a window which no one was at. I told your rep that no one is at the window and that this is the only one which all cars have been stopped at and helped at. The people you hired at this facility could care less. This is not how you treat a paying customer. Customer service goes both ways. I was polite nor rude. I waited more than my share of time. I paid for my food that was ordered just for your representative to tell me he can’t help me. It’s very frustrating and not worth the hassle. How do you expect to stay in business if your workers don’t want to help the very people that keep your establishment in business. McDonald started off wanting to help its customers. This McDonald’s is not it. I won’t be back

Ordered at the drive thru at 11:33am per the receipt. Pay and get up to the window and they ask me to pull up- that’s fine it happens. I don’t get my food until 11:48am. It’s super frustrating watching cars pull up 10 minutes after you and leave with your food before you get yours.
Get home and my kids meals don’t have apple slices. Go back to the McDonald’s and I’m told they don’t have apple slices today, they gave more fries – it would’ve been nice if anyone told me that when I ordered. I then explain I waited 15 minutes for my food and came all the way back here for items they never had and never told me they didn’t have- I requested a medium fry for my trouble.
The manager comes out and says “you waited 15 minutes?” in skeptical/demeaning tone. I explained the situation, and they threw a bag of fries at me. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience for the wait, for not explaining there lack of menu items, or for the trouble of driving all the way back to the store for the items they never explained they didn’t have in the first place.
This happened at between 11:30am 12:05 pm on 1/04/2026. The manager was a white haired lady.

I have placed MYLTIPLE uber eats orders from here and the service from this McDonald’s is TERRIBLE!! I tried calling the store so i could let them know i wanted to change something on my order that doesn’t have an upcharge, so it should be fine… I CALLED 10 TIMES WITH NO ANSWER!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Either the ringtone for the store phone is off, or the employees are ignoring it on purpose! I work at a different McDonald’s and we ALWAYS answer the phone, these employees don’t care!

This location just got worse and worse. Employees are very rude. Every time we’ve been there is an issue for us to get a refill on our drinks. We’ve had seen the same on others customers as well. They had people waiting long periods of time for a drink refill. They can see us standing there and when I asked them to please give us a refill they just replied “ one moment “ and they just keep doing wherever they doing. Today was the last time that I went there. I had a very bad experience and when I called and asked to speak with a manger, someone with a name of Francisco answered the phone and he just stayed quite the whole time. I really think he wasn’t even the manager. The whole place is a circus and the employees think is funny to be this unkind with customers. I know Spanish and I heard them talking on the back about the customers. Don’t go to this location, there are other fast food places with better customer service.

I simply ordered a drink inside. No one came to the front for over 15 minutes. I tried getting the drive thru cashier’s attention and she completely ignored me on several occasions. The manager came to give a order out and still didn’t acknowledge me either. It wasn’t until I went through the drive thru that I was able to simply get ONE DRINK. This is beyond horrible service and I use to work drive thru before myself on holidays and it was never this bad!

Worst McDs I think I’ve ever been in. Tables are in bad shape, dining area was dirty, & bathroom gross. Ordered with the app for table delivery, they just left it on the counter. No drink machine to get a refill, no napkins have to ask. Can’t believe corporate hasn’t done something about this locations issues. Next time I’ll heed the low rating.

Every time I go to the drive through in the mornings , they are so rude! They mess up your order and act like it’s your fault. It’s the same people who are rude! They always take your code say it’s invalid and keep your points . It’s always the same lady in the drive through in the mornings taking orders. At this point I feel like she is just stealing the points . This has happened many times . Also they are so lazy every time I get a frapp it’s always crunchy ice because they are to lazy to blend it correctly. This has happened many times! I will no longer come here in the mornings. I rather drive to a different location then to keep being treated rude! DONT COME HERE .

With the app you can get a large caramel iced coffee for $1 or sometimes I get the $1 large fry, I’m poor & usually those are good, occasionally lame & occasionally great. I always go at night & use the drive through so can’t rate the atmosphere inside. Employees are always friendly.

I just experienced the worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever encountered. I ordered two kids meals and a big Mac. Picked up the items at the McDonald’s close to where I work and drove home to Texas city. Upon sitting down to eat my lunch, I noticed that my Big Mac did not have any meat in the sandwich. How in the world do you forget to put meat on a hamburger. Will not receive another dime of my money ever again. #337 $22.04
