During my stay in Abilene, I google searched a Waffle House but did not find any. Huddle House was the next best option, and to my surprise surpassed my expectations in both the food and service. Although I over heard that they were under staffed, our server went above and beyond to providing us with exceptional service. Our food arrived in a timely manner, and our drinks were refilled before they even finished. Definitely recommend!!

Stopped in and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and very attentive to their customers. The food was very good and the atmosphere reminded me of a coffee shop I’d have gone to with my grandfather in the 60’s and 70’s. I’ll definitely be stopping here again!

I ordered to go. Food came out very quickly. Staff was very pleasant and food. Let me tell you I ordered the chicken strips with two sides. Salad side was a meal within itself. The strips were done to perfection and the the hash brown casserole well let’s just say I could eat it at every meal. It was that good. Perfect! Awesome experience! Food was absolutely awesome

To me, it doesn’t matter whether it’s morning, noon or night, it’s always breakfast time! The menu is huge, and the service is always great. If you join their email Club, you collect points for free food, which is always a good thing! Every so often, they put out coupons, which is what we use tonight. A $14 breakfast for $8. That’s a steal! It’s always good food, so I never have anything to complain about. You should give them a try!

Y’all, everytime my spouse and I come here, we hope that Rhonda serves us because she’s always so warm and welcoming. But today, we heard Heather the cook singing and talking to Rhonda in a positive way and it made us so happy. Was excited for some in my party to visit their first Huddle House. The staff were so very attentive and kept the coffee cups filled! The food was okay. Not quite as stellar as I’ve had at other HHs. I’d go back. The service made all the difference.

Rhonda was our fabulous waitress & we didn’t want for anything. She was so sweet & gracious to us. Even bringing refills without us asking for them. We ordered breakfast & everything was delicious. From the pancakes to the eggs, hashbrowns & even the wonderful gravy….the coffee…excellent. We will definitely be back!!

I started coming to the Tye location over a year ago and there aren’t many weekends I’ve missed. Everyone takes real good care of me when I’m here. The food is always hot and fresh. If something ever is incorrect they fix it FAFB. Esma treats me especially well. I think she has a thing for me. A year and a half ago I made a change in my life and I’ve implemented this as one of my traditional breakfast spots on the weekends. I’ve found a lot of love and caring at this place. Somehow is been a place of healing in my life. I’m grateful.
