An incredible dining experience from start to finish. The cocktails were a delight, :Sweet to the Core’ with cider, cinnamon, and apple juice was delicious and highly recommended. The fillet steak served on the volcanic rock was a beautiful cut of meat, made even better by being able to finish each slice exactly to my liking. Dessert was s’mores, indulgent and absolutely delicious, if I’d had the room, I would have happily eaten it all again!
The staff were attentive and the service was fast, adding to the overall enjoyment. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with a lovely contemporary feel that makes the atmosphere special. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but the quality, experience, and attention to detail make it worth every penny.

We went to Prime for our son’s birthday whilst visiting Norwich from London, last week. We were totally blown away. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the serving staff were fantastic (a big shout out to Evan and Eva!). They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful!
The food was perfection too. Fresh local ingredients cooked and served so well. Absolutely worth every penny. We will be back when we’re next in Norwich!!

I love my meat, I mean love it so much I’d have meat for dessert if I could! This was some of the best steak I’ve had, it was pure melt in the mouth. We had the 1.2 kg Porterhouse and the 500g Chateaubriand to share amongst 5 carnivores. We all left feeling so satisfied, I will be back by myself and happily eat the Porterhouse just by itself.
Full marks to the great waiter serving on Saturday 27th December, we forget his name but his steak knowledge and wine pairing was as impressive as the meat. The Argentinian Malbec makes everything taste even better.

Well, this is a tricky one. Booked what we thought would be a nice quiet and romantic table in a corner. When we arrived there was a bunch of vaping lads in the doorway. On entering, we noted the plastic plants and ‘nightclub decor’. When we were shown to our table in the corner the table next to us was a table for four, hoping it’d be two couples we were disappointed when four young lads sat down. Fair enough as they were having a good night out but damn they were noisy!! We couldn’t hear each other speak. I noted that the ‘fake’ stuff was in the dining area also with battery powered candles.
Anyway, atmosphere was rubbish and we considered leaving, then the food arrived. It was fantastic. Three courses with a nice bottle of Spanish Red to wash it down with.
It’s a pity the decor, atmosphere and general style is not in keeping with other current and stylish restaurants but more in keeping with a dodgy nightclub with a pole in the dance floor.
Would go back for the steak but nothing else so it’s a no from us, sorry

If you want huge portions, this isn’t for you, but if you want excellent cuts of meat, cooked to perfection and you value flavours over size, then this will deliver.

Been here twice now for dinner and both times were absolutely fabulous. Once came with a group of 8 and it was a pleasant experience for everyone. Great service, delicious food, tasty drinks, and amazing ambiance! Celebrated my birthday here and it was a memorable. Cooking the steak on the lava rock is an awesome experience and I definitely recommend it, although you can have kitchen cook it for you if you’d prefer.
My only complaints are that they used fresh cherries on the Cherry Bomb cocktail the first time I came(pictured), and when I went more recently they used a candy cherry(not pictured). It made the glass sticky and wasn’t too appetizing. The cocktail was still delicious! And the half a lobster was a bit over done.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had! The service was outstanding—our servers were quick, attentive, and genuinely polite. The food was absolutely incredible, with perfectly cooked steaks full of flavor. On top of that, the decor was beautiful and created a warm inviting environment. I’ll definitely be coming back
