Went in, calm atmosphere, everybody seemed to enjoy their food, the cashier who took my order was lovely and caring, food was good as well. To the cook tho, maybe cook the patty a little longer because I did have some pink (not a small chunk but a small bit) but other than that, I enjoyed my meal overall and 5 stars. Keep up the work at North McDonald’s.

Went through the drive through they had us pull to the side we waited 20 minutes!!!!!!! When they bring us the big breakfast was cold as ice the biscuit was so hard we couldn’t even eat it and and my 8 dollar bagel sandwich they couldn’t bother to even give me that honestly get new employees or shut down

Got wrong order. Had to go all the way back. Called night manager & she gave me a very hard time. Accused me of taking someone else’s order. Refused to make things right. I got upset & she wouldn’t help me. Had to hang up on her rudeness. Will never go to this McDonald’s again. Need to demote & or fire that nasty, rude woman.

After ordering two grinch meals, lady states they don’t have the boxes. However they have everything that comes in the box. I said ok please make sure they are bagged separately. After arriving to destination, neither bag had the grinch salt for the fries.
I called and explained I wasn’t able to come back, manager Kim stated she can hold two slat packets to pick up tomorrow.
So should I pay again for the meal they messed up? Not likely. Terrible customer care!

On my way to Detroit stopped in for a large mocha iced coffee.
Was pleasantly surprised that they added whip and choc sauce but it was what I ordered…iced coffee. Good job McDonald’s. I have a favorite order!!!

Becareful leaving bad review North main location they’ve canceled a order on 3/6/26,for $25.73 and kept the money,and now they refuse to accept my debit card,when mobile ordering,but All other location its fine.I’m having to go thru the McDonald’s Corp office to get a refund,North main location has serious managerial issues.

Used the drive through, was told to park over in the designated spots. Waited for 18 minutes, watching cars came through the drive-through after me, getting their order, and driving off. Ended up going inside, got my food that was sitting there, then employee processed to take food too two other cars that were also waiting. One car was in front of me and the other behind me in line. The food was cold. Will NEVER go to the North McDonald’s again.

I needed to comment because this McDonald’s needs to do better for their night shift. The people who work there would rather use their time as a social event than to work. I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they weren’t even remotely interested in getting stuff done in a timely fashion. I ordered my food in a specific way, and I got my burgers with cheese on them when I specifically requested them to not have cheese, and I got nuggets instead of the strips that I ordered. When I went back in to get my strips, the girl seemed timid, and asked about it to someone else, who was rude and just handed them to be only because they ‘had an extra’ instead of trying to make things right. Yes, they were busy, but that’s no excuse to treat people like a burden to them when they work there.
