We ordered for 3, spent just about $40.00.
Quarter pounder with bacon. No pickles, half an order of fries, runny chocolate shake was like chocolate milk. I tried calling 7 times!!! Was hung up on 6 times!!! Only gong back to get my replacement order. At that cost I should not have a bad experience.

With a snowstorm expected in a few days, “hectic” barely scratches the reality of how crowded and busy this and other places are. But when I called , inquiring about our large order (that wasn’t placed on my phone) and I wasn’t sure how to go about picking it up, this store’s crew was nothing short of perfection. Here they were, on a Thursday evening, so slammed in every way and still I did not once hear an utterance of negativity. The lady I spoke to on the phone checked our order number and said it was set as a drive through order but it would probably be easier if I came inside, abd we happily did so.
Since my partner actually placed tge order for our whole family, and it was a big order in my opinion, I wasn’t prepared to double check everything for accuracy etc.
But that wasn’t a problem here. The young gentleman doublechecked everything and the accuracy of the modifications. When we got home and all had their food, it was truly correct without error. The time , effort, patience, genuine kindness, and just humanity those people had while doing their own thing was lovely. To the point my 11 year old asked me to make a review. So here we are, thank yall for making our dinner a success and positive experience tonight!

this place used to be amazing up until the past year. the new workers don’t know what they’re doing, the new management is horrendous, and they’re just sloppy. every time i’ve came within the last year, the food has been super sloppy, old, or made wrong, or all three… they’ve also become pretty rude as well. i’ve worked in customer service / fast food for years and still do, and it’s just sad to see what this place has come to. they need to get rethink their management (to be more specific, Candice and Molly), and further train employees. they’ll legitimately stare at their phones in the middle of taking orders, which probably explains some of the poor order taking skills.. at this rate you’d be better to go to WHITE CASTLE in the middle of the night instead and that says a lot. i hope they do better in the near future. oh, and don’t ask how i know this, but they have (or at least used to have) roaches in the mcaffe machine ✌️ DO BETTER

I am appalled by the treatment I recieved at this location today, Jan. 31st., My son is a dedicated employee here and gifted me a holiday voucher that your organization gave him, which explicitly says “from our family to yours.” Apparently, that “family” sentiment doesn’t extend to the actual families of your staff.
I attempted to redeem the voucher on its expiration date and followed the printed instructions exactly. I was met by a manager with grey hair and glasses and a mean face who was incredibly rude, unsmiling, and hostile. She repeatedly barked, “he has to be present to use this,” despite that stipulation appearing nowhere on the voucher. When I returned to address her unprofessional demeanor, she offered a half-hearted apology before repeating the same script.

It is shameful to treat any customer this way, but to treat the mother of one of your own valued employees with such disgusting behavior is a new low. my son has stayed loyal to this storedespite being misled about his job responsibilities and being forved to perform tasks that affect his health, yet this is how his family is “thanked.” A thoughtful gift turned into a stressful, insulting experience. What a shame for this establishment!

Why is there no communication. Ordered on the app and the store doesn’t have the new sauce and instead of asking for a substitution I get pulled up for 10 minutes and get home to find a sorry excuse for trying to “fix” the missing sauce. Literally never have problems here but lately it’s been a complete embarrassment. I called and they said “we don’t have the sauce and can’t take it off a mobile order” but they could of at least asked me when I got to the window if I wanted to change it.

Do better.

The female grey haired manager with glasses does not care about the employees or their families. She is not fit for customer service. You should serve customers with a smile and a nice word. If you have to disappoint a customer, you apologize and act sorry for their troubles…..you do not treat an employees mother with disgust and disdain.

10/10. The manager here is AMAZING! I recently came due to a family member having surgery here in Glasgow and stopped by to grab a bite to eat. The manager and crew were so patient and kind which is so rare in our world and customer service. Will Def come back! Thank you all so much! You all rock!

My wife loves McD’s so I stop by often. Always get fast great service. For a very busy high volume place, the service is excellent. Thank You to the Staff and Managment! (Cave City McD’s is the exact opposite, don’t go there)
