Guy was chill, but not getting what you paid for sucks when you can’t come back to the location that messes up. I worked fast food. You obviously put the order in right.

Never in my life have I experienced such a poor service, came in drive through per my kids request, and since I pulled in the girl did not even greet us, just proceeded to say what can get started, I was like ok I know she’s busy, continued to just go on and order. She just kept being very rude, would just say would that complete your order with everything I was ordering, as if she was just rushed for me to finish ordering. I went ahead and pulled over to pay, she sent me to the front which I normally don’t mind, I proceeded to go but before I did I just asked her to please put ranch in my bag, we waited long time before we finally got our food, I was missing a couple drinks, my ranch, and a whole number 12 , which I just had to go back in Drive through, and I was just going to order my missing order they had not charged me for, but Melody was not understanding me, not only she was not understanding she was extremely rude, My family and me love Jack in the Box, but after this experience I prefer not to keep enjoying your delicious food, I know I cannot expect an amazing service in a fast food place, but some courteousness never hurt anyone. Really wished you guys had different kind of people as the face of your company.

I’ve noticed that in recent months many things that I’ve pointed out have been fixed, one by one. Awesome. Thank you!
1) Two bulbs are burnt out in the dining room.
2) The restroom signs are long overdue to be replaced.
3) The 4040 address plates are missing on the side of the building facing West Flamingo. They’ve been missing for years. You can only see a faint imprint.
4) “Jack” is missing in the JITB logo on one of the big signs in the drive-thru area. This sign facing south should be replaced with one with “Jack” on top of the logo. Why that wasn’t done in the first place is beyond me.
Other than that, the place is looking much better as of late, as many things have been fixed.

I come to this jack-in-a-box quite frequently. Because I work in the area and the lady that takes my order is super friendly. Always kind and they’ve only gotten my order. Wrong. Once no egg, no cheese severely allergic. But they always make sure that they correct the item. And I appreciate that.

hi hi ! i’m so sorry to be leaving this review ! but in all honesty the food was absolutely horrible ! the jalapeño poppers were very very dry, then the tacos tasted stale/burnt and looked really bad, the chicken sandwich was okay but the curly fries were definitely amazing ! very disappointed with my experience ! thank uu<3

Even if you’re starving and need something quickly, avoid this place. The food quality is horrible… soggy & inedible tacos, stale old bread, everything is slapped together & really nasty.

Around 5:45 pm today I went through the drive thru and the person who took my order was noticeably in a bad mood and rude when I was trying to order (after they asked for my order proceeded to cut me off multiple times and have me wait to complete the order) then when I grabbed my drink from the window I had to over extend myself to grab the drink and the drink spilled. She did give me napkins. Then they didn’t give me my receipt and when I asked for it I had to wait about 3 min and then they gave a receipt that they seemed to have purposefully ripped so as to not show the details of where I bought my food from. Seemed very sketchy that they would give me a receipt looking like this and not a pleasant experience since my drink spilled on the side of my car when they handed it to me and of course the receipt.
