Greasy, cold , and over priced . No napkins. Fries way too salty, no receipt. Grease dripping from the wrapper, and all over the bag on the fries and everything. Sandwich soaked in grease and the grease is cold to touch to make things even worse. It’s not hot or warm grease it’s cold. Indian Manager and blonde employee seemed way too intimate and touchy between eachother it was very creepy. He was like old enough to be her grandpa. The whole experience was gross. Will never eat here again.

I must say that the quality of service has really gone downhill from the past decade or so. Ordering from the kiosks I don’t mind but the environment created by the staff was the deal breaker for me. A male staff member in the back was literally screaming profanity for everyone else to hear. Fortunately there were no children present at the time but this sort of employee conduct is obviously frowned upon to say the least.

Completely changed from last visit. You have to order from a kiosk and scan a piece of paper to get your drinks. VERY unfriendly to anyone with any disability. My wife uses a walker, she could not have eaten there without someone with her. Used to be a fun place to go. All that is there now is the kitchen staff. The only interaction, is they call your name when your order is ready. VERY Disappointed. Will NOT return.

This is the first time going to Streak N Shake. Ordered a double cheeseburger with a vanilla/strawberry shake. The burger was very good and nicely seasoned. The two flavored shake was super yummy. Service was quick and food was served fast. Our server was super friendly and fast considering he was working the dining room by himself. He was so good, I left him a 100% tip. Will be going back soon to try some of the other different flavored shakes.

A cookie dough shake. That’s all I wanted. Instead I was given 12+ hour marinated ice cream with a random chunk of nonappetizing flour and chocolate chips. The effort into my shake was clearly minimal. For having “shake” in the store name, I was expecting a delightful joy to melt in my mouth. This was slightly disappointing, I didn’t even finish it. The restaurant vibe seemed like a jail too, it was dirty inside. I don’t recommend, however, I did not try any food yet (so if your curious, be my guest and let me know). Otherwise, I would go to shake shack instead.

Management issues at this location! They close early but leave their lights on. Three times we’ve come here, and all the lights are on but there’s nobody answering the drive-thru speaker, and nobody to be seen in the kitchen, even though they’re supposed to be open another half an hour. They also haven’t answered the phone the last 3 times we’ve called, we’re trying to make sure they are open as their posted hours are til midnight, but they’re already closed at 11:40pm on a Thursday. When they were actually open and staff came to the speaker, they’re very blunt, almost rude to customers. Not worth coming here! Deserve zero stars!
