And with nothing but a food trailer and this dream, we’ve grown to offer you burgers you won’t find anywhere else! Our secret? Our own handmade seasonings, spices and fresh ingredients. An unrelenting love for the burger is the other big part. Between those things, we think we pretty much have our burger bases covered. Turns out we also like people, though. We’re not making these delicious, one-of-a-kind burger creations to not share them with our human species brethren. We hope to share them with you, in fact. We had Ashley as our server and she gave us excellent service. She also gave us great ideas on what to get. We ordered the fried pickles and fried zucchini appetizers which came out fast, fresh and tasted great! We then ordered The Pretty Awesome burger and two different sauced wings. The Buffalo sauce and the sweet barbecue sauce were the perfect touch. My burger came out perfectly and they adjusted a few things for me on it as well with no issues. It’s even good for a quick stop for ice cream which is a nice touch for people that are not wanting to sit down and have it with a meal. I saw several people popping in there for it so it definitely is delicious. The owner had come out at one point and asked how our meals were and to make sure we had everything we needed and how the food was. It was a nice touch that a manager wasn’t the one to swing around tables (as they do in most restaurants) but that the actual owner came out personally to see how people’s meals were and as a side note …. NO he didn’t know I was doing a review. He took it upon himself to come out.
I’ve seen previous comments that the staff were racist and that was furthest from the truth considering I was in the same situation and treated with respect and zero improprieties!!!!
My family and I agree that this is our go-to restaurant for burgers. Yesterday I had the Dixieland Burger which is the Burger of the Month for April 2023. I decided to make it a smash burger because it sounded good. Wow. The smash burgers were thin, and had crispy edges. Then in between each burger and on the buns was a salty, creamy and deliciously cheesy pimento cheese. To make this even more decadent there were two slices of crispy smoked bacon on top. Salty, creamy, smoky, crispy, meaty and cheesy is how I describe this amazing burger. My son enjoyed the Buffalo Bill Mac and Cheese. He loved how creamy and spicy it was. We also enjoyed Great Balls of Fire and Mozzarella Wedges for our appetizers. Overall, the food was outstanding, and the service was perfect.
The burger was nice and moist though overcooked. The mac n cheese on it was rather good and the crumbled bacon added the needed salt. My friend for the Dogg pound. A rathr nicely decorated hot dog. He said the dog was good and the chili though spicy grew on him.
The servers were nice and kind but the rate at whichever orders are taken and come back seems a bit long. They have this on the menu stating each burger is made after iit is ordered. While that helps a little I still feel it tookwr longer than it should.
Overall I enjoyed the place and would come back.
