Whoever made my burger needs to be fired. They threw it in the bag upside down without fully wrapping it. When I received it the lettuce, tomato, onion, and patties were just floating around in the bag with my fries. Not to mention, the pickles were between the foil and bun. Not even on the sandwich. What a complete joke. This is an embarrassment that someone would treat another person’s food like this. Completely ruined my $16 burger. I would be ashamed to give a customer this order. I don’t know how any sane, sober person could even make this mistake.

I’ve never had a burger that wasn’t fresh and delicious! The burgers and fries are fresh, hot and divine! They always hook you up with a nice bag of them.
The burgers, fries and also their shakes all taste great. Super consistent. They have a great crew working there.

Food is great, so far the best burgers in spokane we’ve found, the customizable shakes are also amazing, definitely one of our favorite places to eat. And the fries are on another level, if you want fries you definitely get then here. They will fill a brown paper bag for you full. We’ve come here twice so far and both time got s bag of fries nearly full to the top. We will be back often. Only thing I would like to see improve is cleanliness, the tables are often lightly dirty but dirty non the less.

I have been eating burgers for over 4 decades. That being said, I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that this was one of the best burgers that I have ever had.. I had a double cheeseburger with mushrooms and grilled jalapenos. They are very generous with their fries. So much so that I ended up throwing some away. I would recommend this Burger place to anybody visiting Spokane Valley

Food is great. In store service is quite good. Everything about the location itself is just fine to really good.
My issue is the new AI phone ordering system. Its absolutely awful and doesnt work well. Talked to it for like 15 mins trying to get an order it and ended up having to quit because it was so bad.

Pretty good burgers, and I love the amount of customization you can do. But I think they cost too much.
My biggest gripe is when I try to get my burger, it is covered in fries. I get it, that’s their gimmick, but I gotta dig my burger out of that mess and it is just annoying. I know they aren’t gonna change but it just bugs me.
The decor is low key but kinda fun too. I will note that things can be untidy. I think part of that is several times I have been in, a couple of employees seem to be kinda standing and not sure what to do. Not being lazy mind you, just maybe not well trained or managed. There is usually someone running around like crazy doing a lot of restocking and stuff. Just seems like poor organization and division of tasks.
There have been several times where something is wrong on our order as well, though that seems to be improving at least.

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries using Uber Eats and for some unknown reason my fries were spicy hot? I didn’t order hot Cheetos I ordered French fries so whoever decided to make them spicy isn’t the brightest. I threw them away so it was a waste of $6. Not ordering from 5 guys ever again!

Good burger. Great fries. Be careful on requesting too many toppings as the burger will become too messy. Enjoy the Cajon Fries. Regular size fries is plenty for 2 people. Friendly service and all the peanuts you want!
