On Friday night March 6 th I ordered 10 boneless hot wings with extra ranch. I drove from roosters in zanesville to frazeysburg where I live. Now I am a regular at this roosters. I am also known with bringing my 85 yr old father at times. I am so regular that I usually get me 10-20 boneless hot wings to go. But this is not first time I am making a complaint on my wings. I have had this happened to me now the last three times I have gotten them. My complaint is either the cook who works the wings station needs retrained, or the fryer grease needs changed. Below is a pic of what my wings looked like when I got home. They were so burnt I could hardly eat them. I had to eat around the hard sections. The main reason I order boneless is because I have denture but can’t eat with them. So my wings has to be boneless and not burnt. It’s sad as a regular customer to be served this. Someone should have also double checked them

Food really went down hill in my opinion. They used to have the best boneless chicken wings in town. Mine was too crispy. The only thing worth the trip was the nachos

We often go to Rooster’s when we can’t figure out what else we want lol. It’s always a great repeat restaurant. Friendly staff and great selection for food and beverages. We always have a good time. Fun for all ages. We even had my dad’s 60th birthday gathering there and they were really accommodating! We will always return!

Stopped in at Roosters for dinner after shopping at the mall. The place was clean, not crowded and Emily M. was our waitress. She was fast our order was spot on. The mini corn dogs were great, Wings were mild with a side of Donkey sauce great flavor and the sandwich and salad were great. My only complaint is the food was just warm so it must have sat for a spell. Their Ranch dressing wasn’t that good. But all in all it was a good experience and good food with great service.

I was at Roosters in Zanesville last night and wanted to give a shoutout to our server, a younger girl with brown hair (I believe her name was Maggie). She did an awesome job taking care of our table. She was kind, patient, and handled everything so well — especially considering some people in the group were being unnecessarily rude about the service. I felt awful because she truly didn’t deserve that. I just wanted management and staff to know she did great and that at least some of us appreciated her.

My wife and I stopped in after doing some shopping. We haven’t been here since the first year that they opened.
The food was very good, service was great, but I didn’t personally like the seating in the middle with the raised up booths.
To me without any divider in the middle there’s not much room between you and the other booths on the other side.

Came in the second night they were open, the lobby was full and it was a bit crowded but the staff didn’t let it get to them at all, they were non stop pushing orders out to the customers, wait times were long but it was well worth the wait. The wings were still hot and delicious when I got mine so I have no complaints at all.

Walked into the bar , had a seat and the bartender was talking to a couple of friends about personal life’s. She was within arms length of me . Never looked at me and basically ignored me. I let that pass for a moment then she continued her conversation. Several people at the bar were looking at me shaking their heads in amazement. I got up and and walked out and as I was leaving she said ” oh really in a very disrespectful voice” . I said back as I left yes really. This girl needs to be trained that she works for tips.
