I got a beef and cheddar, asked for extra cheddar, and fresh curly fries, then at the window I asked for
ketchup and salt, the gave 2 ketchup 1 salt, the beef and cheddar barely had ABY cheddar and I paid for extra ,the fries were cold when I asked for fresh and even said id wait. and why are places SO GREEDY with salt and ketchup, Im seeing this alot a fast food places, im a driver for work so I stop for lunch daily, Im seeing this alot or the workers not doing as the paying customers ASK. DO BETTER, YOUVE ALL RAISED PRICES, SHRUNK FOOD PORTION NOW NO SAUCE, SALT, REQUEST UNFULFILLED:( not good.

The food was unprepared. Not to mention they was out of almost everything and the lil skinny Sister at the window was real rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever and to have her at the window taking orders with her teeth looking like the piano Jamie Foxx played with in the movie Ray Charles . With attitude now come on Arby’s y’all got to do better!!

Jeez this place needs a lot of help. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, had to wait for 15 minutes because there was a long drive thru line. When my turn came to the window, drive thru told me to wait in the handicap spot on other side because the food wasn’t ready. Ok. I ordered a turkey gobbler sandwich and mozzarella sticks. 20 minutes go by and no one came with my order. I go inside to just cancel the order because it was absurd, but I saw my last name on a bag on the counter, cool got it and left. When I opened my sandwich, it was not even my order, it was a gyro with mozz sticks. I didnt want to drive all the way back to get it corrected. Terrible management and service here. Never coming back again.

Ok. So this is a friendly reminder that big corporations no longer carry pennies. However, they sure do like to charge us for those pennies that they NO LONGER carry.
It’s literally called stealing from US!
So, when they tell you your order is $15.69, only pay $15.65 minus the pennies because they no longer carry or work with pennies, therefore neither do you.
No more stealing from us hard working folk..

You guys there are horrible I only ordered talks Mac and cheese white cheddar and that wasn’t even good yall gave me its looks like a half scoop of Mac and cheese not even the whole scoop and it looked burned the cheese was just burnt I’m very upset I even paid my 4$ I was expecting to enjoy that and I didn’t I’ll never be back again !

Yall need to close down yall just hire anybody there who can’t even make food right JUST HORRIBLE! Nd please don’t say you apologize for the inconvenience cause yuh dont

Serviced sucked. Waited at the counter for like 10 minutes prior to getting acknowledged. Manager was worse than the employees. I was shocked to see what I was seeing. Person at the counter had sunglasses which should be a no at all times. Arby’s seems to be going downhill like the rest on south high street. Place was empty too. What a shame. You get what you hire.

20 min wait for food after ordering. Cheese sticks were cold. They need more help. The staff looked to be working hard… just not enough of them. And everyone was waiting making things tense at times.

Au jus for the French dip was near nothing in container (less than 25% full) and what was there was very watered down compared to other visits.

I went through the drive thru and got a half full curly fries. Drove back asked for a full one and received a 2/3 full one.

Unhappy. After having to drive back, I would have thought they would have just given a super full one to make up for it.

The food was tasty, but customer service and proper portions go a long way.

Young lady was very sweet in drive thru window. This is all I can say that is nice. We was literally the ONLY CAR there yet we had to go inside 2 different times due to not getting everything we paid for. Only 2 employees during noon on a Saturday. The food was horrible, way to salty and my child’s chicken tenders was over fried until he bit i to it then it was raw. Never again will we go there. That poor girl in the drive thru deserves a raise!
