EVERY time I have ordered from here there has been an item missing or wrong and cold. Recently ordered a chicken sandwich combo… no chicken sandwich. DO BETTER. Especially for your 3rd party app orders. And yes my bag was taped shut so you can’t blame the dasher.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 of their 3 piece chicken for 5 dollars each. I got home to find 3 very small wings in each box. I have eaten there before so I know that there should be 3 assorted pieces of chicken in each box. I immediately called and of course nobody answered. I tried several times, still no answer. (By the way, this was 2 pm, not busy). So I called the east side Popeyes and they answered right away. I asked them what was supposed to be in a 3 piece box. They said a thigh, a breast a wing or a leg..but 3 different pieces. I have had several other issues with that location. For example, missing food, food that wasn’t fresh and they NEVER answer the phone. This was my last time going. 10 dollars for 6 wings that I couldn’t get 2 bites each off of is the last straw. Good bye Popeyes.

Paid an extra $5 to get the 5 piece tender meal and only got 3. I was told to pull ahead in the drive thru because the spicy tenders would be 5 minutes… no big deal. 15 minutes later I walk in and ask if my food is coming and it’s like they completely forgot about me. No apology, nothing. Very disappointing service considering it was not busy at all.

Unfortunately not the best. Popeyes is usually great, but our drive through experience was anything but. They didn’t give us our side of fried pickles, they gave us the wrong dipping sauce, we asked for spicy chicken tenders and got regular and the fries were cold and soggy. Don’t know if we just showed up at the end of the lunch rush and we got the old leftovers, but it was very disappointing. Won’t be going back to this restaurant in a long time, if ever.

order two meals and two extra sides which i’d say is very simple to complete, only received part of one meal and one of the side plus the drinks taste like hot garbage for some reason and for having only one car in the drive thru they looked like they were scrambling around and it took at least 15 min to receive our food. don’t waste your time or money here. $34 for two things and now they won’t answer the phone unbelievable.

I chose a peak time to try and get some chicken. The line of cars wrapped around the building twice. I was committed, so I stuck it out. The employees were friendly and upbeat, and they also practiced good covid-19safety guidelines. Chicken was tender, crunchy, and seasoned well. This is what Popeye’s is known for, so I expected nothing less. It delivered on all accounts. Fries were a good consistency and were delicious. It was definitely worth the wait.

Not sure why this place has a 3.5; I would give it 4 stars. Dark Meat chicken is always tasty and especially love the wings. Service can be a little slow and sometimes our carry-out orders aren’t ready at the app promised time. I order from here at least once a week and think it’s pretty good.

They didnt do anything wrong, but the Popeyes in Madison is like 10 times more flavorful and brought me back to my grandma’s Thanksgiving on her best years. This one tastes like you’d expect a fast food place to. The people were nice also

This is not to the employees but the company it self. The dry rub change for the ghost pepper chicken sucks. There’s a reason why people like Popeyes over KFC and other chicken spots, And they are slowly getting rid of what makes Popeyes better.
