Not sure why the other reviews are so low, but me and my wife had some of the best McDonald’s burgers, fries and chicky nuggets we’ve ever had here. As we ate, we could hear the awesome leadership encouraging the staff to push out the orders. These guys have a good team.

Mobile order, parked at designated spot. Received mobile update my order is on its way. Half hour later I’m in the store asking for my order, one manager was no help and told his employee ask Alexis who is doing cars. I waited in line again and finally advised Alexis who also seems to be a manager that I have been waiting on my mobile order in my vehicle over a half hour. She gave me a blank stare and said “your order is coming up” and walks away. I can see my order now being prepared after I had to come in the store and stood in line twice, defeats the purpose of mobile order or even fast food at that. Alexis gave us our order without an no explanation, apology or even empathy. Worst customer service and McDonalds in Redlands, I won’t be going back.

It’s McDonald’s, it is what it is. It’s irritating when they charge you extra to remove cheese and add lettuce, then fail to do so, but I guess we just have to overlook that or go somewhere with standards. Especially sice you can eat at Old Spaghetti Factory for the same price…

Jordan the manager at this location canceled my order for breakfast because in his words “it was taking too long” and just started to take lunch orders mind you I placed my order at 10 AM BREAKFAST ENDS AT 10:30 we got there at 10:09 AM my husband and I waited for an additional 15/20 minutes just for Jordan the manager to tell us they canceled it?! None of it made sense we made as to why he canceled it Ive been coming to this McDonalds for YEARS this has NEVER happened before! why would they feel the need to do such thing when it was still in timing?! Very unprofessional Jordan again the manager handled the situation horribly as someone who is coming for a professional standard he definitely needs some more training to be done its embarrassing to an establishment to have such people like this .. lazy very lazy would love to speak to someone higher than his position

Ordered big mac no cheese and of course it had cheese.fries were stone cold and this was at 4pm . Soda was watered down tasted like brown sugar water not Dr pepper. 2nd big Mac had so much sauce that after 2 bites it was falling apart.and the one I returned went out to another customer

Always Always check your food before consuming. Very furious and disgusted when I received my food this morning after ordering a spicy chicken deluxe I noticed my bread had mold. I didn’t even want to eat any of my food anymore and lost my appetite. I immediately called McDonald’s to let them know and returned my food to show them what they were selling to people. They shouldn’t be allowed to sale anymore meals today if they have rotten food, they need an inspection before even being able to sale food. I won’t ever be returning to McDonald’s again. So disgusting even tho the manager was nice and understanding I shouldn’t have had to find mold on my food period! No one should be served that. Worst part is that my bf had the same meal and he ate some of it before noticing his too had mold.
