Miss Maria is the GM and guys let me tell you she son top of her crew and the entire store she runs it really good, food is always fresh, she sweet and her employees are amazing, I walked in to get a doordash order and guys THE FOOD WAS MADE FRESH it wasn’t wating for me, FRESH AND HOT! my customer is going to be happy because I’m happy with the store and her order is right not ing is missing. Maria at this Manchaca location provided excellent service! She automatically gave us a discount on our order because it was cheaper to buy 9 pieces on special than to buy an 8-piece bucket. She saved us about $10 without asking. Not just that, but overall fast and efficient service here.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, highly do not recommend this place, rude staff especially if her name is Paulina she has a thick accent! Very rude and lies to you that she’s the manager she needs to be fired. I had to pull up my entire order and transaction to show her for her to walk away and she wouldn’t give me my food. Jonathan the actual manager stepped in but didn’t help because all he did was apologize on her behalf. Please do better..

They are so desperately broke when I ordered a three-piece meal, they charged me for three of the sauces. Such a pathetic shame to do this to customers. This franchise is in need of review. My bill was 17.41 The way that three blackened ranches is gonna make them go broke on the nearly $18 meal. To make it worse when I get back to my shop I find out I didn’t even get the drumstick. They replaced it with a chicken breast. Without any notification to me and I didn’t go there and order a chicken breast so I ordered three piece which has a drumstick a thigh and a wing. And they also put three ketchup packets in my bag. I have no fries. I didn’t order anything that requires ketchup nor did I ask for ketchup, so maybe fix your food waste before charging customers for condiments. This place is a mess. They can’t get anything right, especially customer service.
