Great spot for a quick breakfast in Edgewater!
I stopped by for breakfast and had the Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles. The combination of the sweet maple-flavored bun and savory sausage was perfect. The hash browns were crispy and fresh as well.
Pros:
Cleanliness: The store is very spacious and clean, with a modern interior.
Convenience: Plenty of parking spots and easy ordering via kiosks.
Atmosphere: Nice natural light coming through the big windows.
If you are driving along River Road, this is a great place to stop by. Highly recommended!

We have had issues with getting happy meal toys for our kids at this location in the past. Today, we bought multiple happy meals for them to get the changeables, and the provided us with the old toys from the last month which they already have, and put a changeable sticker inside instead, lol. We will never be returning to this location again, as their frugalness causes us to deal with frustrated little ones.

Been honest mau be 5 years ago when spanish workers was not around much some of them.speak broken English and that’s not the sad part is how they mess up your order I am.latino n is sad how they mess up your order missing straw or sauces or give u and incomplete order sometimes unget good service sometimes u dont they need to pay attention to the screen in front of them.so they know who orders belong to who we all make.mistake but not constantly . Overall pretty good food service not the the great truthfully.

Called around 3:52am and asked if I placed an order through the app before 4:00am, would I have my food ? I was told yes and we placed the order but once we arrived they said they weren’t making food and temporarily closed because of the system. Then the guy who came up to the window had the only stink attitude. The manager also was the person who told me to come in so I was just confused with the false information and didn’t receive food or refund.

This place ALWAYS get our drive thru order wrong. Missing food each time. It already is such a tricky exit, going back isn’t easy. But then they always make you park on the side to wait for your food to serve the five next people after you. It makes zero sense. Fulfill your orders IN ORDER! Unorganized and rude.

I was at this McDonalds last night and I must say that the service was very poor. I asked for two different drinks and I was given two Coca Cola’s when I asked if I could have what i originally wanted I was asked to pay for another!!! I also ordered two holiday pies and I had none in my bag. When I went inside the restaurant the kid at the counter did not greet me I explained that they had not put my holiday pies in my bag and he passed me a apple pie and said we only have one have a good night. I asked him to please ask if they could make me what I ordered and that I didn’t mind if I had to wait for them he insisted that I just take what he gave me and also gave me the stare of death lol what a joke. Please hire kids that are good at multi tasking and train them on what it is to give good customer service. PLEASE!!!

The food was soggy and gross, which really surprised me. I ate there after stopping at the plaza, and I’ve had the tenders and nuggets before with no issues — they were fine. This time, though, it was horrible. On top of that, the prices have basically doubled.

The night shift manager (Dec 14, 12:18 AM) was very rude to me. I was at the pickup window waiting for an order that was ready because I could see it from the window, and she was deliberately ignoring me. Yes, deliberately, because she saw me. I rang the bell several times and even called the store, and when I told her I was the guy at the pickup window, she hung up. I was never rude to her since I never even spoke to her. If she doesn’t want to work or is frustrated, she shouldn’t be working

Doesn’t matter if you’re inside or at the drive-thru, the people working the front here are just plain rude. No greeting, no effort, just attitude like they can’t be bothered. Messed up my order and then acted annoyed about fixing it. Honestly makes the whole place feel unwelcoming. Dude looks like he’s doesn’t even want to be here at least put a smile on ur face

The quality of McDonald’s has declined beyond repair. I haven’t had McDonald’s lunch/dinner in years and stopped by recently to satisfy a pregnancy craving and was absolutely stunned at what I received. What on earth happened to the buns? They’re now this rubbery doughy mess that feel extremely synthetic to the touch and absolutely destroy the eating experience. I got a Big Mac and the sauce was off too, but I can’t put my finger on what changed there. Needless to say I couldn’t finish the food and at $13 a meal it’s just not worth the price. If I ever get a burger craving again and am pressed for time I’ll be stopping by Wendy’s or Burger King. Regarding the location itself, I haven’t had any issues with staff and service is quick at this location.
