Given the area, I cannot imagine all the things this location has experienced. The manager is always professional without involving nonsense, and the staff are always calm under pressure (even when we witnessed an angry customer threatening to get the strap after his pizza wasn’t ready).
Food takes time to make, so I’m grateful that the pizza’s are always made to order.

Order the pizza the guy told me 40 minutes waited the 40 minutes came back. He told me another 20 minutes Both times I pulled They weren’t even busy skinny kid with an Edgar cut should be fired He’s unorganized at his job. This is not even the first time. That’s why I’m complaining now. The first time it was pretty packed so I didn’t mind waiting the 40 minutes but this time it wasn’t even packed and I almost waited a hour I just took my money and went home name on the receipt, Salvador J he even gave me pennies that are discontinued. The guy is a fraud.

Disappointed with Quality and Service
I ordered the Pretzel Crust Pizza and what I received looked nothing like what was advertised. I called the store, but the call dropped when I was transferred—so I drove there myself.
When I showed them the pizza, they told me that’s just how it comes out and said they couldn’t control it. They did remake it, but the second one was just as bad. Honestly, it seemed like they either didn’t care or didn’t know how to make it correctly.
Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from this location if you’re expecting quality or consistency.

After waiting in line for 15 minutes turns out they have our order out to someone else. They have to rush to get an order together. 1 our of 5 items came out hot and then on top of it all we found a fly in the breadsticks. So after waiting over 30 minutes for the food it was cold, and had bugs in it.

Never had pizza this is the 5th time I’ve came here an they have shitty attitudes an Austin the manager didn’t know what to say I was told 15min pulled around went to store next store pulled back in drive thru an was told 30 min. Very bad service an as a business owner I would definitely be looking into this. It’s dinner almost 5 an there’s no pizzas. How much money is this place losing dues to people just driving away

I guess “Hot and Ready” is a thing of the past. Last 4 times I attempted to get “Hot and Ready” I was told I had to place an order and wait 45+ minutes for my pizza. Customer service can be Rude and unprofessional at times.

I placed an order for delivery that had an estimated delivery of 7:15 which was an hour after ordering which was perfectly fine and understandable.. then I received a text with an updated estimated delivery time of 6:59 because they were on their way with my order then at 7:06 get a text saying my order had been suddenly canceled. No I absolutely do NOT understand after that. My family is hungry now I have to do a completely new order through someone else for what appears to be no reason what so ever and I could not get ahold of the restaurant to even get some clarity or understanding of the situation. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered online. They messed up on my order no sauce on my wings. Telephone service horrible I kept calling and calling call kept taking me to error. Once I spoke to David the worker he said to call back to speak to ai and ask for manager. System took me back to error. What happened to customer service and taking care of customer and getting customers order right. Very disappointed.
