First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I have to say that this was the best brunch that I’ve had in some time! Not only was the food fresh, yummy, and of minimal wait but the customer service was spot on as well. The restroom was clean and free of odor. Coffee was somewhat lukewarm but dint taste old! The purple haze drink was quite interesting and tasty! I don’t live near this area but there is one around the corner from me so hopefully the experience is just as great!

The flavor profiles mix traditional with modern. The seasonal Blueberry Lemon Cornbread was delicious and the Chickichanga was so flavorful, Skillet potatoes were soft and savory. I will be back and bring my friends.

I went there for lunch. The place is neat and service was great! Even though we were a group of 10 and the place was pretty busy, we got our orders quickly! The waitress was attentive and pleasant. Just wish they had more vegetarian options.

My older brother and a cousin are visiting and we wanted to go somewhere to eat brunch and we chose First Watch because we always enjoy the food and the wait staff is courteous and work hard and fast. We ordered a number of dishes and tried some new drinks too. All in all, everyone got to enjoy the food the restaurant atmosphere. We will be back for more.

To be honest walked in and the place smelled pretty funny. That was that , I just considered the food reviews and stayed. Then was served mostly burnt potatoes and an egg that I had described how I would like to be cooked was sent back to the kitchen three times. Everything else was ok . Portions were decent. Kinda don’t get the hype it’s an almost glorified IHOP. Attaching pictures as evidence of my burnt potatoes
