I love coming to this Dutch Bros! The iced Golden Eagle is always so good, and it’s one of my favorite drinks! Chloe makes the best drinks every time, and she’s always so nice to talk to. Great service and great coffee—definitely one of my favorite spots!

We have been here several times as it is convenient on our way home. The staff are always nice but they have a difficult time coming through with a correct order. This last time we order 16oz drinks and got 12 oz. We were given the chance to resize but said 12 wasfine. My ice tea was a full cup of ice and very little tea. My husband asked for steamed 1/2 & 1/2 because the coffee is always tepid otherwise but they seldom do it. This was our last time here.

I was not already familiar with Dutch Bros. This one is just a drive through.
My brother’s cappuccino was good. I’m not a coffee fan but love hot unflavored black tea. I asked for that and the barista said the Paris tea was a black tea. I asked if it was flavored, and told her I do not like flavored tea. She said it was not so I ordered. Unfortunately, she was incorrect so I paid for a flavored tea that I do not like. Like Starbucks, Dutch Bros should offer an unflavored caffeinated black tea like an English Breakfast tea or similar.

I frequent the East ln Ontario stand a lot and really feel they have good customer service and always try to get customers through the line fast. A few baristas that seem to go above and beyond are Ana, , Brooke, kinzie and Luis.

This place just isn’t like other Dutch Bros… I ordered a bday drink today and they weren’t personable like the other ones I have been to. Not only were they rude but they didn’t even say happy birthday….and every time I go my drink just doesn’t taste like it should, really disappointed.

Don’t bother with the app or this location. Placed an order on the app, went to pick up and I had to still wait outside for 15 minutes. Had I known I’d be waiting outside for that long I would have gone through the drive through and ordered regularly. All the time only for them to tell me the drinks had already been made but no one gave them out.

You have to have an extra 20+ minutes to kill to wait in line here. Ordering ahead on the app doesn’t help either unfortunately. I order the same thing every time and it definitely varies. I wish there was another location that wasn’t out of the way.

Today is 9:14 7:15 a.m. in the morning I ordered six shots with 3 oz of cream. The young ladies that work here positive attitudes. Great place for me to get coffee. This is my first time here. Keep up the good work ladies. You’re greatly appreciated

My wife and I both enjoyed our drinks. A staff person took our order in line, so by the time we reached the window our drinks were ready Both drinks were exactlty as we requested. I would return.
