We placed and paid for an order online and went to the late-night pickup window, only to be refused service. We were told the window was for DoorDash drivers only and that we would have to get back in line behind 12 cars to receive an order that was already paid for. This policy makes no sense, and the situation was handled poorly. The manager was extremely rude and offered no help or explanation. Very disappointing experience.

Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and for it to be dropped fresh and usually it’s no problem but tonight the little kids kept telling us that they’re not allowed to do that lmao that’s so funny, anyways we got home and there was no seasoning on the fries and they were cold.. I called them and was told that’s how their fries are.. whatever if you’re too lazy to go that extra mile then just say so. Also we stood in the front for a good 10 mins waiting on someone to help us but everyone was either just looking at us or talking to eachother, nobody helped us.

I placed a mobile order while sitting in the drive through at 6:32. It’s now 7:04 and I along with another car are still sitting in the drive through waiting on our food. Over 30 minutes. I would have left 25 minutes ago if I didn’t have a mobile order

Food was good. I waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. They gave me the wrong order. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the right food. The person I called on the phone was really nice. The guy at the window was very rude.

you guys need to work on the cleanness of you’re restaurant , and how the food is, everything seems half of like I can pay my money for barley any meat in my soft tacos I just wasted my money for nothing and this isn’t the first time. I have a problem like everytime this is my last time coming here. Also there toliet seats or bathroom or whatever is most the time dirty.. my husband says half the time it’s barley clean.. whenever we go inside to order. If I was vegan I would’ve asked for a vegan taco by the way..

A.I taking orders at drive-thru. AWFUL. TERRIBLE. took at least 5 minutes to attempt to order then another 2 minutes trying to ask for a human. do not let these robots ruin the service industry. find competent employees and pay them their worth.
