Where to begin, it was karaoke the DJ was a good fit and time. However, they need more table staff and not the bartender acting as waitress and bar attendant. Having to wait for her to assist the other customers for a great deal of time, I left my party and walked to the counter and placed my own order. The front was so busy with door dash and Uber eats online customers that it seems like the staff were barely able to keep up. The young male cashier’s were quite efficient tho. The store was dirty, due to majority of the staff trying to assist with online orders. My party were slipping and sliding trying to walk into the back area. After waiting about an hour for boom boom shrimp, onion rings and burnt looking desert. Beignets were sent back and still returned looking the same and lacked flavor. The shrimp were super spicy but I traded with someone and learned that you can get them without sauce. The unsauced ones were awesome. I wish I would’ve known this by reading the menu. All in all it was okay. They just need help but I see it may be going downhill. The manager did give me a $10 gift card so maybe I’ll have a reason to go back besides the karaoke on a Thursday night
I am writing this review to express the outstanding friendly environment, and cleanliness of your establishment.
four thumbs up.
Welcome; to the Springlake NC location.
Entertaining:
karaoke night on Thursdays, trivia night, cornhole tournaments or the pool table tournaments
May I suggest one additional pool table.
I look forward to your response and many years to enjoy the wing company experience: after a long week.
Sincerely
While driving through North Carolina on our way back to Florida, we happened to pass by The Wing Co. Bar & Grill and noticed a sign claiming they had “the best wings on earth.” At first, stopping wasn’t in our plans—but curiosity got the best of us, and we decided to turn around. I’m so glad we did, because they were absolutely right. The wings were a 10/10—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and truly some of the best I’ve ever had.
What really set this place apart was the customer service and hospitality. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine care. Letisha, who stood out with her Moana necklace, was amazing—attentive, kind, and welcoming. The General Manager, Ralph, was unforgettable. His personality is one of a kind—humble, hilarious, and full of positive energy. His service, conversations, and jokes made the experience feel personal and memorable.
This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a place that makes you feel at home while delivering incredible food and top-tier service. The Wing Co. Bar & Grill has earned my loyalty, and I will definitely be returning.
I was immediately warmly greeted by a young lady (I wish I could recall her name, I know she said she was from Canada ), who showed me a menu, and we chatted as I waited for my food.
Looking around, I saw a very clean and pleasantly decorated restaurant area, and a semi-seperate bar area. Fully stocked bar, covered patio seating out front.
I ordered a double Baba Mac and Cheese burger, fries (with a couple sides of delicious mustard), and a drink (Pepsi).
While I was in no rush, and enjoyed the company and ambiance, my food came out within 10 minutes; fresh, hot, and medium, as I had ordered it cooked. The burger was HUGE, one of those that you spend a bit figuring out how to get started…the fries were perfectly cooked; that mid range between crispy and barely cooked, nicely salted as well.
My server also told me they have karaoke every Friday night, and music bingo on Wednesdays. I’m from Greensboro, so hopefully the stars will align enough to get me in the Fort Bragg (Spring Lake) area for that. There was also a pool table in the bar.
Best on earth? Well, I haven’t had the full menu, but based on my experience here, you sure got my vote!
