As a frequent returning and regular visitor, my orders and food come out within a highly satisfied timing manner. Clarissa and the rest of the crew are always greeting us with kind and polite service in mind. Their work speaks for itself and exceeds volumes of how much they all really care about what they do and accomplish. Always left with high satisfaction due to us customers when it comes to our wants and hunger. Definitely my favorite Del Taco in the Rogue Valley. I keep coming back to this location because of their kind service. Thank you Clarissa for all that you do and I appreciate every person that works at this store. Grateful for people like you all working in this food establishment.

I stopped in the lobby for late dinner and Clarissa waited on me. There were only 3 employees and the drive thru was backed up but the 3 employees were CRUSHING IT! They had the drive thru cleared out in minutes. Clarissa kept apologizing for the delay in my order but I told her I wasn’t in a hurry and to keep doing what they were doing to get caught up. When my order arrived it was hot, and looked like on the menu board ( not smashed and oozing out the ends). Taste was excellent and filling. Clarissa brought me an order of churros for the wait and again apologized. Clarissa and the other two did a GREAT job.

Stopped at this Del Taco while passing through town and was pleasantly surprised! The food was served fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Service was quick, and it made for a convenient, satisfying meal on the go. Perfect stop for anyone needing a tasty bite while traveling!

I went through the drive thru today 1/22/26 some guy asked for my order and I told him I needed a minute to look at the menu he asked again after like 10 sec…I have never felt so rushed or been hurried by an employee! Because of his attitude I will not be returning to this location he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Cashiers name on my receipt says misty so I dunno but it’s unfortunate that it happened. Unsatisfied with the service and in turn Unsatisfied with the food…I have a big family and everyone is upset and to top it off there was meat in my son’s cheese quesadilla.

I love Del Taco, in my opinion it’s far better than Taco Bell any day. Better quality and menu options. I’ve eaten there in 2 of the 3 states I’ve lived in and this is the original one I used to visit. Visiting family I went to Del Taco here in Medford one time. Workers weren’t very friendly, it was busy and must have really gone up in price. I got a carne asada fry, one regular fish taco and a large strawberry lemonade and it was $13 which seems high? The food was delicious though.
