Front Counter Excellence! Walked in, got greeted like a VIP, and before I knew it, I had fresh, delicious food in hand. The team was upbeat, the service was speedy, and the whole vibe was warm and welcoming. Panera, you nailed it. Thank you – Until next visit!

We utilized their larger meeting room and it was fantastic! Also had several items here previously.

– Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich: Hearty, but on the lighter side. There was a ton of meat and a good balance of toppings that gave it a delightful flavor.

– Ranch Parm BLT Salad: It was a rich and twangy flavor. There was only half an ounce of ranch for half a salad. I didn’t think it was enough until I ate it. It was plenty, actually (I like a lot of dressing). There were plenty of toppings (almost too much).

– Ciabatta Cheesesteak Boxed Lunch: Good savory flavor with a bit of zesty sweetness. However, the sandwich arrived a bit cool.

– Spicy Fiesta Chicken: Spicy! But very good. The sandwich looks inviting, happy and cheerful, but gives you a decent slap in the mouth of spice. I can eat a whole jalapeno, but not a habanero to help you gauge it. That said, I THOROUGHLY enjoyed it.

The sandwich overall was hearty but lighter with a good balance of flavors. The bread was a bit tough causing the insides to try and escape, but not too bad. The salsa verde spread was surprisingly good. The corn was a great addition (I am an Iowa native). The cilantro added a great zest, too.

– Kettle Cooked Potato Chips: Crunchy and very tasty. Just a basic chip that is done well. I was surprised by this. I didn’t look up the nutrition and assumed (like most chips) they’d be high in sodium, but they are not (75mg, 0.5% of your daily NEED). The potassium makes these chips a great choice, too. No one looks at that and it is a lot more important than you think.

And NOTHING was sacrificed in taste. Either they are lying on the sodium content, or it’s that good. It still tasted “salty” enough for sure.

– Steak & Wake – $7.29: The bread was soft on the inside and tougher on the outside (as Ciabatta typically is). The flour on the top was messy and a tad excessive. The egg was standard. The steak was lean and tasty, but falling apart. It was supposed to have white cheddar but I don’t see it in the picture and don’t remember tasting it. Overall, the sandwich was satisfying for my hunger and a good price.

– Chocolate Chipper Cookie: (Originally) Your standard soft cookie done right. It was “melt in your mouth” good, a great texture, and excellent softness. No crunch at all. (Second time). Not always. It was overcooked slightly, fairly dry, and crunchy. Not as good.

– Chocolate Chip Muffie: The kids loved the Muffie. They said it was like a muffin that tasted just like a cookie.

– Service: You are given an electronic pager that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready for picking up. Mine was ready REALLY fast. The staff was otherwise walking around and picking up plates and other things, which was nice. They don’t do table service, but still pay attention.

– Atmosphere: Lots of places to sit and options to choose from. There were booths, tables, chairs, recliners, and more. There was seating on the second floor, too.

– Conference room: VERY professional and clean. They label it as a “Training Room” and yet it is an executive class room. There is a projector, solid tables on wheels, comfortable chairs, and appealing pictures and other professional decorations on the walls.

It cost us $75 to use the larger one with 20 seats for 3 hours on a Saturday morning. The smaller one was $50 for the same but 12 seats (did not see it). It was WELL worth it and I was super happy to pay it. Our event we hosted we really well because of the setup.

We did cater from Panera and they carted everything we needed up. They were super helpful and made sure everything was as we expected.

Visited on a Friday at 10am for the Steak & Wake. Work catered the Chicken Sandwich on a Thursday for lunch utilizing the Boxed Lunch option. Also utilized a conference room and catered on a Saturday morning.

Daughter and I stopped for lunch before shopping. Good location with easy in and out parking. The girl who took our order was super nice. My daughter and her were complimenting each orders hair. The food was up fast and warm. They have an amazing live order system that tells you exactly where your order is. Everything was really good. A bit expensive, but it’s Panera bread and what isn’t expensive these days. It was still somewhat reasonable.

The portion sizes are too small for the price. Only came here because I had a gift card. The options on the menu just aren’t as good as they used to be 5 years ago. Probably won’t be back unless I get another gift card. I’d rather spend my $14 on fresh, local food prepared by real chefs and support local businesses. Panera’s focus on increasing profit margins has led to a decrease in overall quality, and it’s just not worth it to come here anymore. Service was good.

2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 1 deli sandwich, 3 cups of soup, and 2 drinks came to $53!!! The food was OK but definitely not worth the price and a small cup of soda is $4. The breakfast menu was still up so we had to go through our phones to find the menu to figure out what we wanted because breakfast was over and it was 11 AM. So we had no idea about the pick 2 and the server wasn’t volunteering any info. We came here because we had a gift card but we will not be back again. I understand prices have gone up when we go out to eat but this is just ridiculous.

Spoiled avocado.

Came here on two different occasions. The first time, I ordered a salad and it came with rancid avocado. It looked visibly spoiled, so I didn’t understand how it slipped under the staff’s radar. I was displeased, but I assumed it was an honest mistake and let it slide.

I decided to give the location a second chance a few weeks later, and to my complete disappointment, it happened again. And as if that wasn’t enough, the bread I received was stale and cold, too. Very unfortunate considering how pricey the portions are. I don’t think I’ll be giving this place any more chances.

Went there to meet up with two other people at 7 pm. It was slow. My food came out quickly, but it tasted terrible and was high priced. I figured “well, whatever.”

The second person came after I got my order. They ordered a bagel and nothing else. It took them 20 minutes.

The third person ordered a few minutes after the second. It had only continued slowing down. They also got a bagel and nothing else. It took them over 40 minutes. That’s an absurd waiting time for an empty restaurant.

I just had a very unpleasant experience at this Panera Bread. I went in to pick up an order and wanted to ask a quick question about it. When I approached one of the kitchen staff, she rudely told me to wait. She was having a conversation with a coworker as if I was interrupting. I didn’t say anything and waited.
Then, when another employee walked by, I tried asking her a simple question about the soup sizes, and she responded dismissively, saying, “What do you mean?” without even making eye contact.
It was frustrating and disappointing. I’m spending my money here, and I expect at least basic courtesy. Experiences like this are the reason I rarely come to Panera anymore. Please do better being kind and respectful to customers is not that hard.

I had a very bad experience regarding food allergies. I reviewed the allergen menu and I spoke to a manager. I still ended up with a salad dressing that had mayonnaise. Mayonnaise has eggs in it. Just FYI. I left with barely an apology and feeling physically sick.

I love Panera Bread. This location has always been great to me. But tonight I had my husband go get us dinner through the drive through, and they messed up our order. Missed a sandwich, and soup and the dipping sauce for both sandwiches we ordered. (Normally no big deal, I’ve worked in food service- I know mistakes happen). So he went in to get the rest of our order and was met with a very rude employee who proceeded to accuse him of lying and “taking something out of the bag”. The manager came out and got the sandwich, a dipping sauce, and a bowl of soup rather than a cup to make up for it. Then my husband got all the way home and realized they never gave him the dipping sauce for his sandwich, only the one for mine, and my soup that they replaced was the wrong kind of soup. I’m unsure of the employees name and I wouldn’t blast it here anyways but maybe some extra customer service training is needed… I get mistakes happen- but to be rude and then still mess up the order in the process of trying to fix it…
