Server was extremely forgetful and had to confirm our orders 3 times. There was no tablet where we sat and we were not granted the ability to split the check. Outside of that, the food was very good as usual from Chili’s and there’s nothing I could complain about.

I really appreciate the friendly customer service and the lovely atmosphere! However, I did find the food a bit lacking. The mashed potatoes felt a little overcooked, and the was a bit underdone. Although the wings were made on special request, they didn’t quite meet my expectations. Also, the French fries came out cold.

Got my food delivered.
My burgers were pink and my drink smelled horrible like the ice machine has not been cleaned.
I called and talk to the manager her response was all of our burgers come out pink and she can’t do nothing about it.

I come here often, and each experience has been an amazing one. I genuinely appreciate the love and effort they truly put into making our food and creating an environment that I can feel comfortable in. Thank you to Grace for the visit that I had on September 11th, she made my day and my best friends first experience at chilis a lovely and exquisite experience. We truly appreciated the yummy drinks you made us!!

Let’s start with, it’s Chili’s. This means it’s safe, convenient American cuisine. For the most part, you’re getting a balanced meal. The price point is very affordable for the quality. It’s a much better option than going to fast food, and going to places like Chipotle.
They have good specials, good drinks, and the food comes out fairly fast within about 12-15 minutes, depending on what you order.

WOW, This place has a new policy that you are only allowed to have 2 beers while dining here. The draft beer is normally not working or taste bad. Seems like Brinker is trying to run people away. I can totally understand that if you are intoxicated the restaurant needs to look out for everyone’s best interest, but when drinking water and eating seems kind of like an overkill to have the bartenders tell patrons that they may only have 2 beers. Lots of other places that seem a bit more reasonable about the beer consumption.

The food at Chili’s during this visit was average. The salad had a lot going on and the quesadillas were soft and not crispy. The kid’s meal of a hamburger was average as well.
