Great spot to take your family and have a good time and a good meal! I had the Borrego x2 and it was DELICIOUS! The lamb was very tender and wonderfully seasoned. I would order it again 100 times. Make sure you’re hungry because it’s a large serving.

I can not recommend this restaurant enough! We were at an event last night in a different location. At the end of the event they announced an after party at Mazatlan. When we arrived we realized no one had informed them so they could be prepared. In spite of them not receiving a heads up, the service was promt, food was delicious and drinks stayed full. The employees were outgoing, friendly and professional. They all did a fantastic job and made it a great dining experience. Even though we live over an hour away, this will be a dining destination for us in the future!

Just spent a couple of nights at the hotel on Santa Cruz Avenue in Los Gatos. The place was really nice and clean, and the staff were super friendly – especially at check-in. The common areas are lovely too. Parking was a bit tricky, lots of people going to the restaurant next door. I had the carne asada nachos and they were good, but honestly, the prices for drinks were pretty high. Maybe a little more booze in the margaritas would be appreciated!

Dined here with a family of 4 tonight. I must admit, the super nachos and even the kids nachos were very, very good. But we were disappointed to find those happy hour $11.50 margaritas til 7pm are only in the bar – but much worse than that, while the margaritas we did order were well further below the bar than the food was above it. We both had the Mazatlan margaritas, which were large but about as alcoholic as orange juice and limeade. But the real disappointment was the house margarita; something akin to the McDonald’s version of a margarita – sickeningly sweet, without a trace of tequila, and very mass produced syrup-tasting. About as far from tequila, lime juice & agave as you can get. And to top it off, we got to pay $19 for each one of those – prices were, of course, not listed on the menu and came as quite a surprise given the substandard quality. Consider eating, but not drinking, here.

We had an excellent meal at Mazatlan restaurant- I highly recommend the chicken mole. The portions were huge, the price was reasonable and everything tasted great- including the Cadillac margaritas. Our server was very attentive and pleasant as well. I can’t say enough good things about Mazatlan- 5 stars.

Mazatlan in MLT was buzzing last night – super busy! We got our food pretty quickly, and the portions were huge, honestly a steal for the price. The staff seemed genuinely friendly, though Geovanny’s experience with the dairy issue was definitely concerning. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but worth it for the tasty mole. Maybe they could add a few more clearly marked parking spots.

I did not eat in but my wife and I doordashed and it was horrible. I’ve had better frozen dinner plates. Enchiladas tasted like plastic and the mole was watered down tremendously and also tasted like it was previously frozen. A tiny but of chicken that tasted processed. I usually don’t leave reviews but for $100 I’m highly disturbed.

Just got back from Matzalan in Mountlake Terrace. It was pretty busy, a decent buzz about it. I ordered takeout and the portion sizes were good for the price, but honestly, the service was a bit chaotic. I had to really emphasize my dairy allergy request, and it felt like they weren’t quite listening. The staff seemed a little distracted. Maybe they could streamline the ordering process a bit – it got a little backed up. Overall, the food was tasty, but the service needs some attention!

We are so grateful for the owner and his staff at Mazatlan in MLT. Every year they go above and beyond for our Young Life Capernaum group to have dinner together. Hilda is an amazing waitress who went above and beyond to meet all of our individual needs. We keep coming back because of the kind, caring people who work there. And the food is great too!
