Tonight my husband & I came to eat some wings & order the brownie dessert, long story short the service was horrible. Host Blake told my husband it was ok for us to move tables to a bigger booth. Once in tje booth server Makayla told us she was shutting down that side so I asked for our food to go. 10 minutes later Makayla delivered food to the couple sitting behind us. There were also 2 other parties in the same section eating. Is this how Wild Wing Cafe treats repeat customers??? We will no longer be patrons & will make sure all of our friends & family no longer give their hard earned money to this business.

Let me just say that my experience here was so nice. I tried this spot after about thinking about it for two weeks. The so god and I really liked their menu for kids as well. My waitress was so sweet during it entire visit (professional and engaging). It wasn’t quite as busy when I went as it was a rainy day but I’ve driven by this business on multiple occasions and it’s always so busy. They can clearly accommodate larger parties and I like that they have an outdoor deck as well. The bar area is pretty big if you’re looking for a spot for the upcoming football season. I’ll be a repeat customer so see you all soon! Try them out.. You won’t regret it!

Disappointed in tonight’s meal. I returned to Chesapeake after several years and wanted something familiar. Wild wing Cafe had an amazing chicken sandwich that I recommend to everyone. Not anymore. This chicken sandwich has the claim to be one of the biggest and the best and as a consumer I feel lied to. This chicken sandwich was burnt dry and small. I will not return.

Wednesday evening at prime time with 10 parties in the restaurant and they took 10 minutes for a drink order…not good. Sirachos are very spicy so watch out! The wings were overdone for my taste but found out later my wife ordered them extra crispy. Be advised that extra crispy equals dry and tough. Good value for the food and drinks. Really like the Jalapeno Cheddar sauce (medium to hot sauciness) and big fat fries. Oh….this place needs some type of noise suppression tiles in the ceiling. I had a hard time hearing conversations from across the table and my hearing is normal and not impaired.

Great place to get different flavorful wings. They have other things on the menu, but we always come for the chicken. I like a side salad and a basket of fries with my wings. The kids meals come with ice cream and a drink. You get to choose their flavor of wings as well. Since my baby is one, her wings came plain. She also love their chicken tenders.

Terrible experience! Ordered lunch for my coworkers and the order was wrong. I called the manager, who said to come in 15 minutes and it would be replaced. I sent a coworker, and they were asked to bring back the old food, which we had already thrown away. Keep in mind, we were on a tight lunch break! The lack of communication and poor customer service is just unacceptable. I wouldn’t have even called if the food had been right to begin with. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this establishment to anyone…

What they don’t tell you is that the just throw them all in the same container.
I assume it’s because I didn’t tip? For a pick up order… Just want people to have a heads up, if you order multiple sauces, they’re just going to mix them together and give it to you in a slop tray.
