Great food and awsome service . Resturant was quite as no game was on. Had a great time with my guest.Sam was excellent in her service and looked after us very well. I ordered Blackened Basa Taco and Skor Brownie for desserts . Bith items were done and presented well 🙂

Turtle Jacks is a team favourite for lunch. Recently, I took my parents here for dinner and the service was absolutely top notch. We were served by Rhiannon who was a most pleasant, professional and hard working young lady. Her commitment for excellence in service was evident and no doubt supported by her supervisor Ania.
My father’s dinner came to the table beautifully presented, however, the interior of the Bison Meatloaf was cold and hard. Everything else was perfect! When Rhiannon followed up with us, we shared this with her thinking she could just warm up the meatloaf. She insisted on making things right during an already busy evening and my father couldn’t have been more grateful!
This review is long overdue but just wanted to say I would highly recommend this restaurant for their service with lots of smiles! We will be back for sure. Thank you Rhiannon and Ania!

Visited this location with a large group of colleagues, it was very easy to coordinate with the management team about planning and ordering ahead. During the visit our dinner went smoothly with superb customer service by our waitress Amber. Food was good, but certainly use alot more seasoning for the pasta as at many times had to add additional salt, pepper and chili flakes but overall the restaurant was very accommodating and it was helpful to know they serve halal.

This location is close to home so we frequent it a lot for night we close our own kitchen. It is kid friendly but not in a zoo way. It has consistently good food and excellent servers and host staff. Good spot to watch sports, usually very fast to get seated and the atmosphere is upbeat. It is a relatively large restaurant but the design makes it feel cozy. Sara in the bar section is fantastic, always efficient and friendly. She served us recently and like her colleagues just makes you feel welcomed.

As new parents, we rarely get a chance to go out to eat. Sam made us feel looked so well looked after and understood that we were on a time crunch as well. She helped is make sure our order was just the way we wanted it and followed up several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great meal

I had a great experience at Turtle Jack’s and honestly, the highlight of the night was our server, Sarah. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic. She checked in at just the right times, made thoughtful recommendations, and had such a positive attitude that it elevated the entire meal. You can tell she really cares about giving guests a great experience, and it absolutely shows.
I ordered the Blackened Chicken on naan, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice, juicy and flavorful without being overwhelming. The naan was soft and fresh, pairing really well with the toppings and sauce. Every bite was balanced and satisfying.
Between the delicious food and Sarah’s exceptional service, the whole visit felt easy and enjoyable. It is rare to come across a server who makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back, and I will be asking for Sarah again. She truly made the night memorable.

Excellent place to come with small children. The staff is very friendly, the food was well made made, and they had a good menu for kids, including a healthy starter of apple slices, carrots and cucumber coming well before the main course. And to top it off, a little present at the very end of our meal.

We had a great experience at Turtle Jack’s tonight. Sarah, our server, was awesome — super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. She really added to the overall experience.
The food was fantastic as always. We come here on and off, and every time we’re happy with both the quality of the food and the service. It’s consistently good, which is why we keep coming back.
