While at the resturant on a Sunday evening, I was surprised to see an employee walking around on his cell, texting. Another employee was seated at the bar talking loudly on her cell while drinking a beverage. The bar needed to be wiped down but no one took care of that. The service was poor. When the food was finally served, the order was wrong. I’m bot even sure if the young man tending bar is old enough to serve drinks. I will return to this location on a Sunday to watch the game.

This location is absolutely horrible. We got there at 4pm was told there was a 20 minute wait, waited 30/35 minutes for a table, got seated for us to be at 4:45 without a server or drinks. We watched the same tall, white, brunette man with glasses walk in a circle not doing a lick of anything 5 times. when we finally walked out by 4:55 the table behind us who got seated 10 minutes before us hadn’t gotten a server or drinks either. I’m am absolutely disappointed as we’ve been there plenty of times before.

Me and my family arrived around 11pm my daughter went inside to see how long the wait was going to be she was told 15 mins so we go inside to wait another young lady comes in around 11:15pm so we waiting to be seated at a table remind you it tables available because nobody is really in the restaurant the person that greets you is just chilling with us up the front walking back and forth so the young lady that came in after us asked if she could talk to the manager because now it’s almost going on 12am so after a while the manager Priest comes out and saves the night/morning even though they close at 12 he went out his way to still let us dine in and served us with a great and professional attitude Thanks again

This was not a good experience…not only did our party of 6 wait almost an hr to be seated ….another 30 mins to even take out drink order and an hr for food ..the mozzarella sticks were cold ..like they just been sitting forever ..ok cheese is weird moving on ..the waffle fries with burnt bacon were cold like you were biting into a wedge of cold grease …so not only did we just wait 2 hrs for food but we waited for cold food .. our server was super.. he did an amazing job trying to keep everyone happy around us ..apologized several times ..we kno it wasnt his fault ..we appreciate you my guy …while we don’t mind a wait… it does happen ..all the cold coagulated food was enough to make me open my mouth ..all that was unnecessary..at a half empty restaurant..so many booths nd tables open for an hour wait time for cold disgusting food … waiting is fine but the quality of our overpriced meals was appalling…I have never had this experience at any other Applebee’s…save your time and money.. go somewhere else ..

Horrible customer service. Firstly, it took 45 minutes for us to be served when it was not busy. Secondly, the menu was highly confusing, and it took 3 different employees to serve us and help us with an inquiry about a deal on said menu. The waitress also came back and claimed that the drinks that we ordered did not exist until I showed it to her directly on the menu. Additionally, I was given the wrong dish by a waitress, who was followed by her manager, who then snatched it out of my hand. When the correct food was finally brought out to us, the food was dry and not up to par. We will not be returning to this location.

I was a part of the kappa league And we went to Applebee’s. The food was really good And our server was really nice. I forget her name it started with a k and she was tall. But I realized I didn’t have money. I thought one of my kappa mentors have paid for my food. After I got back they told me that she was actually the one that paid for my food. We sat at the bar and was serviced by Haven and Deyont! They were very attentive and Haven should absolutely be a manager. Very welcoming and throughout with training. Though it was Deyont’s first day, I couldn’t tell. He provided me things before I had to ask and made sure our glasses stayed full. Whoever the cook was back there was all about customers service and flavor. Quick output with lots and lots of flavor.

Food was not cooked as asked for burger to be cooked, soup was cold, Mac n cheese was cold my chid wouldn’t even eat. We waited almost half dinner for use to get our shots our waiter was to busy singing karaoke and sitting on his phone never refilled drinks, food tasted as salt shaker was dropped on the plate. Then best part was when pay the bill the waiter decided to take the money and never brought my change back to the table! He assumed the left over change was his even after his poor service. You honestly thought u was worth $15 tip hell no maybe $2

This could not have been a worse experience. Started with ordering. Ordered an entree and appetizer and said the appetizer was for my entree. Appetizer comes out first. Told the manager when he delivered the food it was supposed to be a entree and the response was it wasn’t put in that way. I started eating so my food wouldn’t get cold. Meanwhile needed a drink refill. After multiple attempts to get the waiter to notice me (even waving my arm 5 ft from him facing me) my boyfriend finally had to get up and ask for the drink. After a while he came back to get what type of drink i ordered. There’s karaoke going on in the bar area where we sat. Apparently their friends and the manager Ray singing karaoke was too distracting to get the entree we were still waiting on 10 mins after the appetizer arrived (that was supposed to come out with the entree). They were nice enough to refill my boyfriends drink with the wrong drink when they bright my refill. Clearly missing our orders again. Finally at the end he comes to check on us and we say he can take our plates, and he starts walking away empty handed. We get him to understand and he asked if we want anything else we say no. Cut another 10 mins, me walking out the restaurant to get a drink since of course drinks were empty again and had to interrupt the manager to ask for the check that apparently was forgotten. The only quick return was after the check to get the credit card. And the food was way too salty (i eat excessive salt for a health condition too) hence the drink refills. Definitely will not be coming back.

Waited almost an hour for someone to take my order and almost another hour to get my food. They brought my wife’s food out and wasn’t what she ordered and when they did bring her correct food out it was watery (4 cheese mac n cheese) and by that time we were ready to leave. Mind you there was less than 10 people inside. Waiter was nice though.
