Whoever makes the burritos in the afternoons are absolutely killing it! I had a grilled cheese steak burrito and I think it’s the best thing on the menu aside from the crunchwrap supreme and the nachos bell-grande. The drive through attendant was a little short with me as I took a little time to read the menu, but I can understand that, being customer service myself. But I did get everything I ordered, cooked better than most other taco Bell locations.

Now, the person working the window? That’s another story. Whatever that attitude was — it needs serious home training. I still gave her a $10 tip (and I gave everyone a $10 tip tonight), but honestly I wish I could take mine back. Hopefully, she passed the money along to the actual team that earned it.
My Experience
I’ve never seen someone act so funky and nasty while representing a business. Thank God she’s not the one cooking, because who knows what she’d do back there with that kind of energy. The food deserves recognition, but customer service like that will drive people away fast.
Hopefully, she can take that tip that I gave her and go fix her attitude, cause that it ish broken.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and seems like she hates even helping the customers that come in the front door… i politely requested to have my taco grilled, and she rolled her eyes like a seven year old child. If I was managing that place, she is not the person I want greeting my customers.

Ordered some food through the app. I put 3 sauces/condiments as sides. Order went through as if I put those 3 condiments on the 2 burritos I ordered. Order was for my wife. I called and ask why did my order come this way, no one could give me a valid reason.
My wife was trying to force herself to eat it, but she can’t handle spicy food. I got into a big argument with her just because of an incorrect order. I went myself to reorder what I requested. Once I got to the window, the worker asked for my order. I simply gave him a very basic order with the condiments on the side, he even responded confidently as he understood it. Worker kept asking me what sides I needed again, and then asked what kind of burrito I ordered again. Then again.. incompetent. Made me waste food, emotion, money, and time. Will never order from this location again. If I could give it zero stars I would.
P.s. burrito I ordered was a bean burrito with no onions, shouldn’t be hard to comprehend. Probably had trouble with all the loud music being played in the background.

Ordered a cantina chicken taco with tomatoes. Paid extra for … 3 tomatoes to be sat on the side. With a completely destroyed taco shell and it’s not crispy at all. Like it had been sitting there a few hours. And there are no tomatoes inside the taco. Then add the employees rushing you to get out of the drive thru, literally saying pull up and check your food, come back in if it’s wrong” WOW!

Low rating I place my order the gentleman ask if I wanted to round up my I said no which he rounded it up anyway. When I got my food none of the taco were wrap up they were all open plus my quesadilla was not cut all the way. My drink top fell off as soon as I tried to sample the drink to make sure it was not carbonated water. The young lady came to the window with a slight attitude asking was something wrong I told here my taco could have been wrap up she offered to do it but I had already did it myself. Will not be visiting this location anymore.

Horrible service we waited at the drive thru for about 10-15 min before anybody even said anything to us when they finally ask us what we wanted I could barely hear her because they music going on. Drove up to get the food the worker had her blouse super low she was a mess. Both employees were on their phones. Very unprofessional establishment. I don’t usually do these rating but I was very upset my grandson had just got of work it’s 11:30pm we just wanted to pay for something decent to eat

Asked to take red sauce off burrito through online order which must have been too much for the kitchen to handle. They were for my kids, who both got a mouth full of onions. Nearly half the burrito was onions, which had to be on purpose. To make things worse, the number listed is wrong, so… no way to contact them. It’s pretty sad to have your food messed with for such a small ask. 9/1/23 @ 9p.m. if the manager cares to know. Really disappointed.
