Customer service not good at all, I was placing my order and the lady who was taking my order got real mad because of the orders I was making. She should be happy that the are getting business. I think it was the manager her self who was taking the orders. She need customer service skills.

I moved away and it’s the best part of visiting my hometown.
I almost fainted when the cashier said they had no more Roast beef after I’d just flown in lol.

The Roy Rogers burger is nothing to brag about. However the fixings bar is great. I love condiments. In fact, I eat sandwiches to get the condiments. The condiment bar had plenty of fresh lettuce and tomatoes, jalapenos and even salsa. With plenty of sauces to choose from, it was difficult to eat my burger. It worked well for a quick lunch.

We eat here each time passing through. The food is good (chicken sandwich, fries, fried chicken, kids meals and roast beef sandwich), hot and quick. The fixins bar is fresh and the restaurant is remodeled and clean. Thank you for always taking care of our traveling family! The ownership and management of this location needs a clue! They had (2) employees working the Monday morning at the Frederick Fair week…took 25 minutes to get a sandwich…won’t be back…nobody has that time in the morning to sit and wait . Also both employees were obviously frustrated! I also watched customers come in and walk out waiting on someone to take their order.
