PITA Mediterranean Street Food in Newnan easily earns five stars. I’m visiting the area for two weeks, and after just one visit, I already know this will be my go-to spot for both lunch and dinner. The food was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I ordered the chicken shawarma platter, and it was cooked just right. The seasoning was spot on, the chicken was tender, and the sides pulled everything together perfectly. The portion was generous without being too heavy, and it came out quickly, which I appreciated. There were no issues with the order at all, which says a lot about how well they run the kitchen.
The dining area was spacious and clean, with more than enough seating for a comfortable experience. I was especially impressed by how clean and thoughtful everything felt. The spoons and forks were individually sealed at the tip, which was a brilliant touch. It’s a small detail, but one that really stood out to me because it shows how much they care about hygiene and presentation. You don’t see that kind of effort in many fast-casual places, and it really made a difference.
The service was smooth and efficient, and the whole place had a welcoming vibe. It’s not just a place to grab something quick, it’s the kind of spot where you actually want to sit and enjoy your meal. Between the quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the relaxed setup, this place checks every box. I’ll definitely be coming back several more times while I’m in town.

I got an excellent Big Greek Gyro with rice at this location, and the quality of the food matched the friendliness of the team member who served me (I didn’t catch his name). I waited less than a minute for my food after ordering, which is an excellent speed. Definitely a high-quality restaurant.

I had them cater a luncheon for 12 people and it was a great. The food was delicious. The guy’s name is Ali and he was amazing. He worked with me on the the menu, delivered and set it up. The presentation was great. Food was hot, accurate and everything needed was done. Absolute 5 stars. I almost forgot. The rice may be the best rice I’ve ever had.

Taj, Daniel, Kay, and Michael make a dynamic team. They are highly professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and provide fantastic customer service. This was my first experience, and it exceeded my expectations. The food was well-prepared, fresh, and delicious. My 5 year old said, their food is really good! It’s kid tested and mother approved! We will be back.

Busy lunch hour, they seemed short staffed but the guys hustled trying to make up for it. Great food and service, with a bit of a wait but the wait wasnt the staffs fault. For as busy as they got at lunch the management really needs to get another pair of hands working. You have some good employees you’re going to burn out if you keep them at that pace.
