I never come to this location but only having one hour for lunch break I came to this location. Super pissed I was hungry and can’t eat my food because the chicken is extra cold, hard as a brick and nuggets on my salad are smaller than popcorn chicken!!!!!!! Who the hell threw this together and thought it was ok to serve this SHIT!!!!!!! IF U GO TO THE ONE ON OAKLAND NEAR CORAL RIDGE MALL YOU WILL NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER HAVE A COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!! Their food is always fresh! I want a full refund!!! Completely ruined my lunch break now I have to go back to work hungry!!!!

The chicken sandwich was hot, well-prepared, and truly enjoyable. The chicken was tender and lightly breaded, complemented by the honey butter, honey bbq sauce, pickles, and sweet brioche bun. The Mac and cheese was deliciously cheesy, and the drink was cold and refreshing. I am definitely looking forward to coming back. I am not a big fan of many chicken sandwiches, but PDQ has made me a fan of theirs.

I absolutely love this location in pompano everyone is very sweet and patient. The vibe is chill, sometimes I study there and I come for their amazing strawberry milkshakes once a while. Everyone there is nice especially the manager, chill dude lol. I’ll rate this location a 5/5 I will dine here again.

I visited the PDQ location in Pompano Beach and ordered an OG chicken sandwich, specifically asking for no pickles because I am allergic to pickles. When I opened my sandwich, it had pickles and even a piece of cheese inside, and I am also allergic to cheese. Thankfully I noticed before eating it, but this could have been a serious health risk.
This location was out of my way, so I couldn’t go back to fix the order. I also didn’t receive a receipt. I ended up wasting $13 and didn’t even get to eat lunch. In today’s economy, that’s not something I can afford.
Staff need to be more careful when preparing orders, especially when customers have food allergies.

I’m not usually one to write negative reviews unless if I had an absolutely horrible experience or multiple crappy experiences. Don’t go to this PDQ. This is by far the worst one. Almost every time I go I regret it. I ordered a three piece, and when I got home and looked in the box I felt robbed. Three tiny tenders that are barely the size of my fingers, and I have small hands. And I know that not every PDQ is like this, whenever I go to the one in Deerfield or in Fort Lauderdale, they never have this issue, and they always give consistently sized tenders. Not only that, but the tenders in this location are probably not fresh. Whenever I go to this location, they give me the food as soon as I’m at the next window, and it rarely tastes fresh. Unlike the other two PDQ’s I mentioned. I only go here because I live close by and it’s convenient, but I don’t plan on going anymore. I payed $14 for this and I’m pretty annoyed, should’ve gone somewhere else. Don’t order the tenders here.

Come here every chance I get and all I can say is my food is always perfect and the workers are pleasant and always nice! Practically my favorite location.
