WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! was placed at a booth and sat for about 5 minutes before someone was seated directly behind me, then people were seated 2 to 3seats.In front of me and we’re both asked about drinks and food as me my son and wife sat patiently waiting about 20 mins goes by before I decide to get up and look for a manager which was created by about 5 mins after that in which I explained my dilemma in which he took our drink orders (MIND YOU ITS BEEN ABOUT 35 MINS TO GET OUR DRINKS) so about 5 minutes later he produces our drinks and then hesitantly asks is we would like appetizers in which i reply yes so we order our appetizers so about 20 mins later out appetizers arive we have now finished our appetizers pretzels tacos and nachos in which case no has even bothered to take our diner orders so finally when the waitress walks bye she hesitantly stops and finally asks us how we’re doing mind you this is the first contact with our waitress the entire hour and almost a half we been there, so we place an order to feed my son and wife and decided against getting anything else cause I was so frustrated then another 45 mins goes by and finally we get up and go to pay ans walk out before my wife even got her food because we had been there 2 hours already, so again I have to find the manager cause the waitress continues to ignore us to get out bill and not only does not try to compensate for their lack of attentiveness or the way we serviced, BUT NOT EVEN AND APOLOGY OR ANYTHING LIKE DIDNT CARE JUST WORRIED ABOUT ME PAYING MY BILL GOODJOB GUYS YOU JUST LOST 3 CUSTOMERS AND I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU TO ANYONE ANYTIME SOON

We don’t normally eat at chain restaurants but we didn’t know the area well and were hungry. Only 3 of us so we stopped in before our long trip back home.
Busy when we arrived but was offered a table right away, no booth available, which was fine.
Our server was friendly enough but our food & drinks took a long time to arrive.
No water offered and we waited about 15 min for our drinks.
He claimed he had to remind the kitchen for our apps, boneless wings, which arrived dry and over done.
Our meals arrived as the table for 3 who were seated before us were leaving, and they had full meals with dessert.
My husband’s fries were cold and his burger, and I think my salad had the wrong dressing but it was fine. My friends sizzling meal was hot and she’s a fan of Applebees but this experience reminded me why I’m not.
We were there for almost 2 hours, and we didn’t want to be, the service gave us no choice.

Bartenders always work so hard to get drinks out promptly for their guests and for the dining room. Broccoli is back!!! Kitchen staff is well attentive with order mods and allergy safety.

Applebee’s Grill + Bar in Derry is conveniently close to Tupelo Music Hall so I come here often on my way to or from shows, and it’s the best Applebee’s of all of them in my experience. The food and drink are always excellent. Service is always friendly, attentive, and prompt. On my most recent visit here I had the Whisky Bacon Burger; a gorgeous and delicious work of art and taste. My go-to meals are the Bourbon Street Steak, or its cousin, the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. The Crunchy Onion Rings with BBQ sauce are amazing. Highly recommended.

Decent food, good service, reasonable amount of parking, Wi-Fi available and good menu selection.
I ordered the fiesta lime chicken for my meal and a Brownie bite for dessert. Both tasted okay. Prices are reasonable. The Brownie bite is extremely inexpensive.
I recommend this Applebee’s. It can be busy on the weekends.
Update: Friday evening , March 2022; Lured in by the “Buy a burger , order 5 boneless wings for a $1” offer. I tried the Impossible Burger with garlic mashed potatoes and Sweet Asian Chili Sauce wings. Both were good! Very good service!
Update: October 2024; Carside to Go went well! Good service! The Bourbon Street Mushroom Swiss Burger was messy but cooked the way I ordered it online.
Update: October 2025; My daughter liked her Kid’s Macaroni and Cheese with applesauce. My French Onion Soup was okay and I liked the Mocktail on the Beach ⛱️. Chicken Tortilla Soup was good. Service was slow but they apologized. No issues.

The upper management was standing near the bar staring at the staff- you can tell he’s a manager and not a leader.

The food was mediocre. Disappointed they never have any broccoli for the Alfredo. It came out barely warm. The waitress was exceptional though. She saved the day with her awesome attitude

Ordered over $100 of food and Very disapointed with our appetizers. When ordering i specifically asked for an order of the pub waffle fries and confirmed with the server multiple times these were loaded fried, each time he confirmed. Upon receiving the plate it looked more like ranch dressing spilled onto the fries, no bacon or the seasonings. We had 3 bites of it & were not at all interested in eating them. When i asked the server, he stated there were new cooks and never did anything to remedy the issue. Simply dropped off the check & ask if i wanted a box for them. Unbelievable!!

This Applebee’s is always great. They have an atmosphere of friendly customers and staff that always make it a pleasant experience. The staff is also always on top of things. Specifically Danielle. She is always checking if I needed anything else and I am never waiting if I need something. She is always so friendly and it is always a good conversation with her. I have not experienced to many other workers like her in my lifetime. She is awesome.

Got there at 6pm on a friday night. Walked us all the way around the bar, just to seat us right where we had just walked in from. Then left us sitting there for 15mins. Servers walked past us, even the manager(a large man(we think he was anyway)) ignored us. No one said they would be right with us or even offered us a drink, just kept on walking on. Clearly they do NOT need our business or money! We will NOT be coming back again.
