Working downtown Detroit and needing a fast lunch is an everyday thing for me (on most days) so I decided to stop here since it’s right around the corner from my work place. Seriously fast service and good greasy food. My sliders were hot and fresh. I loved the chicken nuggets little chunks of white meat and super hot and fresh with seasoning. I was a little disappointed about my fries though they were lukewarm. My server was friendly and attentive. If you want a slider this is to spot. O, I love the buns sooo good!

First time here, bought chicken fingers and a large fry to share with my teenage kids. Portions were very generous and the food is much better than anticipated. Chicken fingers are usually good but these were great. Cooked to the perfect temperature and the $5 large fry was very good size for the price! We are leaving with enough for a second meal. Great pit stop before going the the Michigan Science Center we highly recommend!!

I am leaving this review to make ownership aware of something that happened during my recent visit to this location. The incident occurred on Saturday November 15th sometime between 5 p.m and 10 p.m. I am not sharing my name but I am sharing this so leadership can review cameras, confirm procedures, and address what I witnessed if needed.
While ordering chicken fingers I saw an employee use the same gloved hand to grab and handle the trash can and then walk straight toward the food prep area without changing gloves. I immediately asked for a fresh glove but the employee responded with attitude as if nothing inappropriate happened. I am very aware of basic food handling expectations and this created an immediate concern for cross contamination and general cleanliness.
As a paying customer I expect safe food handling at the very minimum. I am also a business owner so I know how important it is to be aware of anything that could put a business at risk. For that reason I will be reporting this situation for a proper health and safety review. It is not my goal to hurt the brand but to ensure accountability, public safety, and higher standards for everyone who spends their money here.
I hope ownership reviews staff protocols, camera footage, and sanitation training because people should never have to question whether their food is being handled safely.

Normally Savvy is an easy 5 star but this last visit and to this location, left me really annoyed. Like I ordered and waited like normal in anticipation of good fresh food. My fries are cold, and my chicken is barely warm and unseasoned. I didn’t see the normal guy at the window, idk who was in the kitchen but they clearly weren’t doing normal Savvy things despite the same wait. I hope this isn’t indicative of what this place will be if staff has recently changed. I don’t remind a redemption visit but I’m not going to keep paying for food I can’t eat because it’s nasty.

I don’t like to down other businesses but I tried to call the restaurant about my order and no one would answer the phone.
I ordered a burger slider and the patty was old and cold. I also ordered tenders and didn’t get the complete order, missing the bread that comes with it. My tenders were supposed to be spicy; they came with a dry rub on only portions of chicken, not all of the chicken. That is only spicy chicken sometimes, when you bite intro a spot with the dry rub….hmmmm. I like savvy sliders but this one needs a lot of work to live up to other locations I’ve been to. I tried them three times and have been disappointed twice now, so I cannot return.

I am a student on Wayne state campus and they’re supposed to be open at 7 AM every time I try to come here in the morning they are never open. It’s almost 9 o’clock and they are not open. No one is answering the phone nor will they answer the drive-through. This is my last time coming here. I Don’t Understand if you don’t wanna be open that early then it’s fine. Just change your hours. Never try to come here before 11 o’clock they are literally never open
