Unprofessional management and unsafe experience for women.
This Wendy’s is located right next to an electric vehicle charging station, which makes it a common stop for people who need to wait while charging. As a woman traveling alone late at night, I stopped here and asked to use the restroom. Even though the posted hours show the restaurant is open until 2 a.m., I was refused. When I asked to speak with the manager, he ignored me, told his associate he’s “never opened the door for anyone,” and walked away without acknowledging me directly.
This type of behavior is unprofessional and concerning, especially for women who may rely on this location for safety and basic necessities while charging their vehicles at night. Customers should be treated with respect and dignity, and no one should feel disregarded in such a situation.
Ladies, please use caution if you plan to stop here after hours (10:30/11pm)to charge your car.

My experience at this store is horrible times after my first it’s was 7:48 pm the employees told me & another color customer to leave & get out because They were closing the lobby now …….. than my other experience, I went there at 7:30 AM and the lobby was still closed and two of the workers was in the lobby. Look at me at the door and turned theirs back. I’m not sure what are the hours here at this store, but from my knowledge is from 6 AM to 10 PM the lobby and drive-through at 2 AM.

The sausage biscuit was good.Nice and buttery worth the 2 for $3 deal.Unfortunately I asked for caramel cold foam brew and the caramel was nonexistent.If anything it tasted like sweet nothing.

This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s as far as customer service and appreciation the “manager” there is bald and angry and if your thinking about stopping here for a traditional Wendy’s menu don’t bother because the manager here is switching the way Wendy’s has operated for years . Me and my kids were told we’re not wanted there by the manager who basically followed us out the door sticking his head outside to say it because we fact checked him about the menu he was trying to Manipulate. Long story short we took our business elsewhere where we are actually appreciated as customers.

THIS IS NOW THE WORST WENDYS EVER!!! IVE ALWAYS COME HERE ALL MY LIFE. YET TODAY AT 8PM a dark skin kid and an old lady at the Wendy’s were TERRIBLE at their customer service. The kid doesn’t hears and will ignore you fully on the window ! While the old lady has strong attitude and ignores as well. I’ll be talking to corporate! Wendy’s do better!

Disgusting. I ordered a small Dr.pepper on the mobile app drank the whole thing, then proceeded to eat the ice. Let me tell you, I look in the cup, and low and behold there is hair in my cup and the ice is literally merky. I then realized the taste of the disgusting ice. I then called the location and was very disappointed. they were super rude and also hung up on me when i called. I called back and was told “that’s just how our ice is.” DISGUSTING.. You know your ice machine is dirty? You clean it not continue to serve it to costumers. I was very disappointed by the treatment and the cleanliness of the drink i was given. (Picture even thought you can’t really tell.. I washes out the dr pepper so that’s just the color of the ice)

The Customer Service here is awful. Everyone that works here has a restless face. They treat you very rude. They don’t care about Customer Service. They will not solve anything that you ask them to solve. I have had multiple issues at this location with incorrect orders, incomplete orders and then you ask for help and they get mad because of something they did wrong in the first place. They took my order wrong at the drive through, I read the order back to make sure nothing was missing got to the window after a 20 minutes wait, and once again… they got it wrong. I asked for the additional items at the window and the guy told me I had to go around or come inside, I asked again to please just add the two missing items because I had a baby in my car and he screamed “ I AM TELLING YOU I AM NOT ADDING ANYTHING ELSE TO YOUR ORDER, I am on a timer” Someone has to do something about this, I do not know his name but he is skinny, tall and has black hair and tanned skin, working the afternoon shift at 5:00pm on Sept 2nd as I am writing this review. It does not take that much to be nice.

Placed an order for breakfast at 6:30 when they store opened when I got to the store at 6:45 and went through the drive through no one came to the speaker box. Then I said hello and a very very nasty voice and tone came out the speaker box from a lady name DOROTHY she said we ain’t got nothing yall gotta come back at 7 that’s all we can do, with the nastiest attitude allll because yall didn’t show up on time for work just because the store opens at 6:30 doesn’t mean that’s when yall are supposed to show up. But she’s always nasty when coming to this location.
