Waited for an hour to get my food delivered and they cancelled my order 8 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. They told me to call the store number and no one’s answering cause I don’t know if it’s more convenient for this store for the customer to pick up the order instead of doing their job. If you can’t fulfill the order, you should’ve cancelled it right away instead of disrespecting other people’s time. This is not the first time this store wasted our time, we have a big order for pick up and they gave our order to someone else so we have to wait again.

The food was fresh and tasted good. Fast service as well which made my day. Things I think this place could do better is encourage the cashiers to give a better attitude towards guests. The vibe that i got was like we weren’t wanted there because we making them work. Kind of cold and unwelcoming in my personal opinion. Other than that, I rate this place a 3.5 out of 5. Fixing the atmosphere i would have given them a 4.5 out of 5.

I made an online order so I went to counter to pick it up there was a line. They saw I was there waiting and the worker calls up the guy behind me to help him first when I was there first. I felt so ignored. Food is good but customer service terrible.

We ordered a chicken double tostada with creamy cilantro & the 3 taco carbon combo.
I remember a few years ago, the tostadas were much bigger, And I also remember many many years ago how delicious the grilled chicken was.
Many things change, sadly.
The tostada was good, don’t think it had double chicken only regular chicken.
The 3 tacos Al carbon were like street tacos, Still good.
Having the pollo loco app, used a $3 off coupon.

I had a great experience at this Pollo loco, the staff was focused on preparing the meals it was as if I was watching my family cooking in the kitchen… The cashier also did a great job in getting those orders in and making sure the orders are correct. The time of my visit was 209 p.m.
