Today is 01/14/2026 8:50PM I usually don’t have any issues with this Arby’s. But the guy working the drive-thru was awful. His attitude was terrible, his vibe was super off. He likes zapped the happiness right out of my soul. I believe he needs an exorcism

This locations service is horrible. Over the last few weeks everytime I have been there I’ve had issues… from inconsistent pricing depending on how employees ring in items to having to correct them at the window before payment. To now not receiving items paid for. As someone who eats at this location quite regularly 1-2 times a week. I will no longer be spending my money here.

The gentleman that takes orders and works the window should be fired. Most unprofessional and rude employee that I have come across in quite some time. Food was pretty good, but very heavy set male employee NOT very friendly nor does he seemingly possess any customer service/relations skills-when my order was ready, he just held it out to me at arms length. I didn’t smell bad (I’d showered that day), didn’t feel I needed a mask on (he didn’t have one on) and I don’t believe I devalued him so no explanation why he presented himself that way. ♂️

$20 for a small fry small jalapeño popper and chicken tenders is outrageous. On top of that the chicken was dried out and the sides were cold to the touch. The girl working the window was very polite but receiving food that makes my stomach turn makes me not want to return. Hamilton food places have gone so downhill
