Slow, bad service. Mid food. Took 15min after we sat down before someone came to our table. Food came out slowly. Disorganized and a lot of inexperienced waiters at the front end and probably disorganized kitchen in the back end as well. Tables have obvious sticky and water/beverage marks from the previous users. Had to ask for utensils and napkins cos they were not brought out with food. What kind of restaurant is even this? Waiter questions you about no appetizer when you order two entrees one drink for party of two. The supposedly “legendary” burgers are just kid sized burgers. In n out is better. I guess the portion size of the burger was why she questioned. Truly legendary.

Went for Base Envadors dance Rave and had an amazing time. This is a fantastic idea for the IE and you should definitely have more soon. The vibe was good, friendly people everywhere, the DJs were awesome, the atmosphere was off the hook! Never have I been to an indoor event where there were 3 stages with great DJ’s performing at all of them. It was also very well organized. Props to who put together the Dj line up..great job! Will definitely go to all the dance events here in the future, can wait for the next one!

General manager has terrible service . Bartender made my drink incorrect and he still charged me full price after not considering I sat here for a full hour before anyone served us water . Terrible I will never come back the only person with any customer service was a young server who the manager has serving 10 tables all alone during happy hour forcing people to wait 30 minutes to be served . Food sat on our table for over 45 minutes crowing the space. Drink missing all the garnishes but I’m forced to pay full price because they used the liquor even tho I am NOT getting my advertised drink . It took them an hour to bring nachos to the table . The general manager has terrible problem solving skills needs to be retrained

I was there earlier with my family for the first time all I can say is that WOW its hugeeeee!!! been to alot of d&b maybe like 4-5 different locations and this is by far the biggest and cleanest I’ve ever been to.staff are very friendly and lots of games to choose from like not just the OG games but lots of new games too that I never seen before.we got the unlimited game play and my kids and husband enjoyed.I loved the new menu selection. it was so big and lots of good food to choose from that I had a hard time picking what ill like so I ended up w salmon and rice I forgot the name but it was so yummy perfectly seasoned with a touch of lemon perfection.my hubby got the steak and my daughter enjoy the Alfredo pasta and my Lil one enjoy the appetizer plates that has hotdog pretzel bun and fries.lastly after trying 3 different kinds of adult beverages.i got pretty tipsy but manageable lol their new margarita taste so good but I love my coronita so much!!!

We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Dave & Buster’s and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The hospitality was top-notch; they assigned two dedicated waiters just to handle our drinks and any extra needs, which made the day stress-free. The private room was spotless, the food was delicious, and the pricing was very fair for the value we received. This has been a great/fun place for years, but hear me out. The food is steadily going down hill. After today’s meal, I will only be coming here for the games. Eat before you come. The beautiful steak bowl, which looks appealing and delicious, taste like hot dog. I don’t recommend that or the salmon plate. Your safest bet is a burger.

Had so much fun at Bass Invaders last night. It was such a fun atmosphere and felt safe and welcomed by staff. The music was awesome and the three rooms gave everyone an option throughout the night. I can’t wait for the next one.

I’ve been to this place a few times and every time I wish I could say was a good time…this location is a hit or miss sometimes they are good sometimes they are not. I’ve had a few times where the food took a long time in the middle of the day not busy. But this weekend I went to this location the service was horrible took over an hour and a half for our food goult our food asked for utensils and then was forgot about again by the time we got our utensils the food was cold and soggy had to send it back they made it again but then forgot the chicken and then made it again but for Togo offered a free dessert which we had to wait again for this was almost 3 hours of our time by the time we got everything we were already tired and worn out didn’t even want to play but we ended up doing so but most of the games were not working just be cautious it’s a hit or miss

TO BE HONEST THE WORKERS REALLY SUCKED…. I ASKED A FEW OF THEM IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE CLEAN OUR TABLES OF ALL OUR USED CUPS AND PLATES & NOTHING… I ASKED A MANAGER SHE PICKED UP 2 PLATES AND NEVER CAME BACK… IT WAS 15 OF USE SO JUST THINK HOW MANY PLATES AND CUPS OF BEER WE HAD ON OUR TABLES… TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY NIECE’S AT HER 14TH BIRTHDAY…. NOT A 1ST TIME VISIT… DON’T THINK WE’LL EVER GO BACK
