We meet a group of friends. Had a great time. Alot of mixed drink choices. Fair prices. Great atmosphere. Bar tenders let everyone have a good time but they also put up with no bs. We will be back.

Received a scolding from the bartender for asking for a WiFi password instead of her simply stating it wasn’t public. This took place in front of several other patrons and the rest of my group I brought in for my birthday. The place was pleasant but the treatment wasn’t great or necessary. I would have accepted hearing it wasn’t public or anything else besides a 7 minute scolding for something so simple. If you can’t simply answer a question without losing your mind on someone maybe you shouldn’t be a bartender or be in public. No one in my group caused any issue or a fuss. After receiving our scolding collectively we left. Please recheck your record on saying we didn’t do business here. We were at the trucker’s pub 12/13/25 at 3:30 pm.

Have been wanting to try this place but it’s just a little bit to far to just come for food. Was in town for other business and we jumped on the opportunity. Glad we did. Everything was great waitress and atmosphere and to top it off was great food. If you like smoked meat, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back in the area in a few months and will stop again. If you’re a trucker, this is an awesome, truck-friendly place. Plenty of room and very accommodating. The owner is amazing and truly looks out for drivers. I highly recommend stopping here for a 10-hour or 34-hour reset. Definitely worth checking out!

This place was awesome! Very cool atmosphere! I had a chance to talk with the owners, and they showed me all the artwork around the place. Very artistic atmosphere! And there is a food truck right outside with really good food! If your taking a break here, I’d highly recommend! I will definitely be back.

The food was excellent and the man at the counter (Brenten) could not have been more helpful or kind. It was our first time there and a great experience! We will definitely stop every time we drive through Effingham! I highly recommend!

First time at “the Truckers Pub” and I wont be back. The bartenders were too busy to wait on me. I had to beg for all three drinks I got. After waiting almost a half hour on my last drink, I was reminded it was last call. Very unpleasant experience. They only reason they call this “the truckers pub” is because they are next door to a truck stop and want to drum up business.

First time visiting and even thought it was during the week, I quiet enjoyed myself. My bartender(can’t remember her name) she was a blast and she was on point and even had a few aught with her. I had the white garlic and sausage pizza and man, it was REALLY GOOD. I hammered it along with my drinks. It has a really comfortable vibe to it, from the moment you walk in you feel like it’s somewhere you could hang out for hours in. I can’t say I know anything about any other “truckers pubs” but this one, I’m recommending to all the friends I have so they can experience it themselves. When I’m in town next time, I’ll be sure to make this a stop. Thanks to all the staff and providing me with a place to ease my mind during a reset.

Did not try the food because we already had dinner elsewhere. Great atmosphere! The people were very friendly. We came here for Thursday night karaoke and had a wonderful day night! Great selection of drinks.
