Really wish they’d teach people how to use the FF scoop to put fries in the fry boxes. I always order a medium and it never fails, they are always half full. I am tired of paying $3.69 for a medium fry, just to get less than what comes in a small.

Employees cannot get order right (normal these days). Argued about what I ordered at window. Then forgot part of order. I went back and rude manager addressed me with “what do you need”. No sorry or care in the world. I wouldn’t trust these employees with picking up cigarette butts in the parking lot!

Terrible how customer service have gone downhill over the years. I bring my grandboys to the welcome location before school. One of the rudest women ive dealt with. I wanted to pay for my meal I ordered at kiosk. She saw me standing at register, left me standing for a while. Finally came over and acted like it was such an inconvenience to help. Just plain rude

Been there 3 times in a month and all 3 times I went thru the drive thru. The ordering process was good, paying was good until I was told to pull to the side of the building and wait for my food. I had to wait and average of 20 minutes all 3 times . The last time I was there, a guy came out and asked me about my order. I told him then I had ordered 3 sandwiches. 5 minutes later a woman came out and handed me my food. I checked my order and I had 1 sandwiche and a 10 piece nugget (which i did not order). Told her the order was wrong and she ignored me and walked back inside. Went back thru the drive thru and pulled up to the windows, showed my receipt for my order and showed the content of my bag. I was told sorry there was nothing they could do. I was in a hurry at that time but later called the store and was told the same thing. By the way, the Big Mac tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for 3 hours and the fries was burnt. Will not stop at this location again.

I go through this drive thru at least once a week for happy meals and on multiple occasions now I have gotten the same young lady that hands me my food with the most “I hate the world” face and never says anything not a single word to me. No thank you. No smile. NOTHING. If you put someone at a window please make sure they know customer service!

This place is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had to deal with. Unfortunately it is convenient for the school and activities at the school. It takes 30 plus minutes to get your order that is often wrong and for some reason, they can never get your mobile order when you walk in unless you walk up to the counter and tell them you’re there even though the app checks you in.

This use to be a good location but it has turned into one of the worst around over the last month or so. They need to fire management and clean house. I’ve never spent so much time in a drive thru. Everytime I finally make it to the 2nd window it’s “can you pull around” and the line of cars is so long nobody can even get past you to leave. If you have around 30+ minutes to spare then this is the place to get your “fast food”.
Update: Tried to go for breakfast to see if it was any better during that part of the day. 100% just as bad. I drove to McDonalds 4 miles away, got my food, drove back by (this location is on my way home) and the cars that were in front of me were still there waiting.

I don’t know how they can manage to mess up coffee, but they certainly do. There is absolutely no reason why any breakfast item should be microwaved. When your sausage biscuit is a solid hockey puck and the McMuffin no longer has an English Muffin taste, you know you are doing things wrong. This McDonald’s is the worst.

My quarter pounder was messed up so I ordered a new one. They took the same sandwich I brought back and put it back in the grill and served it to me. That broke all kind of health code violations. This just happened 2:37pm 1/8/25 review the cameras

I have to point out there are always so many flies at this McDonald’s on highway 52 ,which is very off putting and sometimes makes me lose my appetite. It seems no matter what time of day, or what season I visit I can expect to be swarmed by the flies, so unfortunately when thinking of this location that is the first thing that comes to mind. Every once in awhile my family and I have a strong craving for McDonald’s because let’s face it, it is a classic!, so we placed a mobile order for curbside pickup with much excitement. The excitement didn’t last long. First disappointment is that they advertise that curbside pick up orders will come out to your car in five minutes or less and that is was not the case today , for we had to wait over ten minutes for our food to arrive. The staff were pleasant and did not disappoint today . When we finally got to eat our meals mine was very very luke warm. There are not many things more disappointing than luke warm McDonald’s fries. We also had ordered an extra fry with the happy meal instead of apple slices, to our dissatisfaction we noticed in the box there were no apple slices or an extra fry. It is not very thrilling when you do not get what you ordered. Today I rate this experience with 3/5 stars because of the mishap in the order and the temperature of the food. However if I have another McDonald’s craving I will return.
